Though we *could* go in detail about how evolution was built up scientifically first through the understanding of great age in geology and then by the 19th century naturalists through Darwin, this statement makes it clear that you have some understanding and acceptance of that history. So...
Could you please document the scientific (or science-like, but pre-science) processes and discoveries that lead to the conclusion that all species had been created by a deity? [The discoveries should pre-date the belief if they are causal to the understanding.]

If a theory is tested and verified, which means it can be tested and verified, then it is no longer a theory, but rather, is a fact.

I have no idea what germ theory or atomic theory you are referring to. Germs are real, and we have facts for their existence. Atomic energy is real, and mankind even knows how to make atomic bombs.

A key point about scientific theories is that they are the results of hypotheses (proposed explanations for observations) that have been tested and verified independently numerous times and have become widely accepted by those in the field - who often have competing hypotheses and have no incentive to see others succeed.

That's why when you read a biography of Darwin, you find that he went on the Voyage of the Beagle in the 1830s and collected facts for several years. Filling the hold with specimen facts and filling his notebooks with observational facts. And then spent another 25 years thinking over the facts and the puzzles they presented him with, before fully developing and publishing his theory.

OK, here's what they are:
Germ theory is the theory that explains how infectious diseases are caused by micro-organisms like bacteria and viruses.
Atomic theory is the theory that explains that every ordinary object is made of atoms and each of those atoms is identical and contains the essential properties of being (oxygen, hydrogen, iron, europium, helium, etc.). It was first proposed by the ancient Greeks and demonstrated in the 18th century. It has nothing to do with nuclear energy or weapons.
You wrote a bunch of stuff about global floods. I asked for evidence that *creation* is a scientific theory.
Specifically, if creation is based on science then the conclusion that all species are separately created by a deity was scientific then the evidence should *precede* acceptance of the theory. If it is religious dogma then it should be based on scripture or some other religious source without (or before) scientific evidence is presented.
So here's my question restated:
Where is the scientific evidence that *preceded* the adoption of the idea that species were created independently by a deity? Given the long duration of this concept, the evidence should have been discovered a long time ago.
If creation is really a scientific notion the history of the idea will show it.

One of the reasons Germ Theory is a theory because Germ Theory does not explain why some people suffer infection from various organisms and not others. Possible considerations into this question are genetics, nutrition, exercise, state of mind, and proper sleep and rest.
Atomic Theory is a broad field of study. This is theory in that, not all knowledge of it is available, and is still being investigated.

That “bunch of stuff” is evidence against evolution, and for creation science. You could not respond to the evidence because it crushes your theory.

Rather say that a Theory, one out of possibly many, is one possible way to make sense of the scientific evidence we have before us. But the theory itself is not a fact.
But a theory is made up of the facts that are known.
This is a bad sticking point for you, especially when you are clearly stuck on the laymen's definition of theory meaning 'just an idea'.
Germ theory is just the organizing concept that germs cause infectious diseases.
For example: HIV causes AIDS; SARS-CoV-2 causes COVID-19, etc.
It says nothing else about how individuals are affected by those diseases.
Atomic theory is very narrow. This is it:
Things are made of atoms.
Atoms come a limited number of types.
All atoms of the same type have the essential chemical properties of that type (or element).
Nothing more. Nothing less.
See, even you can change your ideas when faced with facts and evidence. Keep it up!
Your post *might* support the global flood story of Noah, but that ISN'T creation (nor is it evidence against evolution.)
Creation is about, you know, creating stuff. Not mass death/fossilization events. Where is your evidence that species were *created* by a deity?
This is why scientific discussions with creationists are futile. When they realize they are in over their head, they almost always pull out this nonsense as an escape.One cannot take away from God's Word, or change it, to suit his own puny mind. Doing so only puts one under God's curse.
