I have written before from my reading Wikipedia and other learnings that I doubt the NAR or new apostolic reformation actually exists. It centres around C Peter Wagner. I like Randy Clark who uses Wagner Institute and I like Che Ahn little, he is said to support it and others. But the idea of stoning homosexuals to death is something I reject and show from scripture is not God's will. I hear that NAR wants literal stoning?

I find Randy is a caring positive man, and stoning sinners is not the kind of thing he supports.

NAR is said to support dominionism, that Christians should seem employment as rulers. That seems to be a good idea looking at what secular politicians are doing.

NAR seems to hold the idea that God restores offices lost in the dark days of persecution followed by the doctrines of demons era of church. Teacher, evangelist, preacher, prophet and apostles. That seems a good thing.

Does NAR exist, what is true and false, good and bad about it?

Some such groups do exist. I am not familiar with that name (NAR) but have read about Wagner.

I can tell you from the apostolic groups that I have been familiar with that none of them support capital punishment for cases of homosexuality.

I am not sure what you mean by "dominionism."

I hear that NAR wants literal stoning?

Can you possibly lease cite your sources for this?

C.Peter Wagner transitioned from Fuller Theological Seminary to the Spiritual Warefare movement and now onto the Apostolic Reformation.

I was unaware he was still alive and active in ministry.

Personally, I cannot follow his teaching because of the lack of balance that I see in them.

NAR is just a label used mainly by outsiders to describe the growing movement of churches that follow the 7 mountain mandate, restoration of the five fold ministry and partial preterism as described in this quote by Wagner. As there is nothing too formal, there are some variances among churches and their influence does extend to many charismatic types churches. I would guess nearly everyone sings at least some of the worship music coming from their highest profile churches like Bethel in Redding, Ca.
“Victorious eschatology makes a convincing argument that the biblical prophecies concerning the “last days” or the “end times” were literally fulfilled at the time of the destruction of Jerusalem in 70 A.D. The end times marked the ending of the old covenant and the beginning of the new covenant. Jesus literally will return to the earth in the future (see Matthew 24:36-25:46), but none of the signs of Matthew 24:4-34 are expected to precede His return, because they have already occurred. This is known by professional theologians as the Partial Preterist view of eschatology, and it is the view with which I personally identify.”
(Wagner, 61)
