Has anyone ever made a busy book? By this, I mean a book with fabric pages containing clothing activities for the child to practice. One page might have a shoe with laces for the child to tie; another might have a pocket with things to put in it; the third would have buttons to button, etc.

I remember my mom and aunt making them for my cousins who are now in their twenties, but I haven't seen one in years. I'd like to make one for my soon-to-be-born niece or nephew :) but I can't find a pattern. If you know where I could find one, please let me know. Thank you! :)

Here's a link to a pattern for a child's fabric book. It's not a busy book like you described (it just has directions for applique shapes and stuff), but I believe it has the templates for the construction of the book itself. Maybe you could just improvise on how to attach the activies?

Sorry I couldn't be more help. Welcome to CF. :)
