I knew Bush and the GEnerals were talking of a Bunker buster bomb with a small nuke on it, but was not aware of it being real yet.

they used a bunker buster on an Apartment building?

So they used a underground nuclear explosion to kill thousands, ah hundreds of people and render the land useless for hundreds of years?

The premise for the bunker buster is, you blow a nuclear device as far under ground as possible with conventional
explosives, then detonate a nuclear device which disrupts the dirt and collapses every hole for some distance. This would probably cause the building on top to collapse and would emit high levels of radiation for hundreds of years.

The world was not made aware of it?
I think someone is fabricating a story.
Nukes are front page news.

2 samples in 10? This doesn't sound like its very prominent, such as a blast would produce.

It might offer questions, but seems really isolated.
