Won't be on much at all for the summer, kids are home now.

I think it is St. Joseph, and aren't you supposed to bury him upside down? Or is that for buying a house rather than selling it?

You're supposed to use St. Joseph. I personally think it is just a superstitious practice that has absolutely no bearing whatsoever on whether your house sells or not.

My old house is right now being rented out
til the housing market get's a bit better.
It's super crappy where I live.
