Burglar Beware!

[Goatee]

Burglar breaks into a house in the night. Pitch black.

He goes into one room which is very very dark and a voice calls out:

"Jesus is watching you!"

Burglar is shocked! He wonders where that is coming from.

Again, voice says "Jesus is watching you!

Burglar, a bit scared shines his torch around the room and suddenly lands the light on a Parrot!

"Was that you?" The burglar asked the Parrot.

"Yes!" said the parrot. "Jesus is watching you!!!" The parrot squawked.

"What is your name?" The burglar asked the Parrot.

"Moses!" replied the parrot

"Moses!?" Said the burglar "Who would name a parrot Moses?" he asked.

The parrot replied, "The same owners who named the Rottweiler 'Jesus', who is right behind you!!"

I like the version I have heard where the burglar shines his flashlight down the dark hallway to only see a parrot in a bird cage that says "I see you, and Jesus see you." The burglar is relieved at first until he hears a deep growl below the cage. Moving his light downward, he sees a snarling doberman. This time the parrot says: "I see you, and Jesus see you. Sic um, Jesus!"
