I prayed for you, that God protects you from the workplace bully.

Stand up or get knocked down. If this bully isn't your direct superior, they have no power over you. If they are over you, hopefully, you have a Human Resources department or Higher up person than your higher-up that will advocate for your unfair treatment PRAYERS

Very interesting.... I looked up "grey rock technique" and it seems to difuse the situation and not feed into it by responding emotionally. By not being able to get you to respond, their joke or torment falls flat. Nobody laughs and most will see that the comment was shallow and nonproductive. The best thing to be in any job is productive and by not responding, you highlight how nonproductive their comment or joke was. Just be deadpan and you will expose their narcissism.

I have some pepper spray that you can carry on your keychain. Even dogs know not to mess with you when you have that in their hand and look them in the eye like you mean business.

I have some pepper spray that you can carry on your keychain. Even dogs know not to mess with you when you have that in their hand and look them in the eye like you mean business.

But unless you can prove that you are in danger of being physically assaulted, or have been physically assaulted, if you use pepper spray on a person well you’re likely to wind up in jail. They’re also laws in some states about menacing people.
