broken relationship

I haven't talked to this one girl for 5 months. We weren't dating or anything we just became good friends over the past summer. Then I started having feelings for her and she didn't have any back. which really crushed me, but I moved on. I didn't really care for her then on, so I stopped communicating with her and she try to communicate with me. Now, I texted her last night to meet up and talk and she responded yes. So we are set to meet this thursday afternoon. I am wondering how to approach this. I am a little nervous and I'm going through all these scenarios in my head. I don't know what I should say or anything. Can I get some advice please?

Oh well this is just my advice and you should do what you feel is right.

BUT--- if you like her, why not tell her, sure she could shoot you down BUT do you really wanna go through your life wondering "what if??"

Treat her sweet and say what you need to say!
