What on earth are you talking about? They're flying the Pride flag to show solidarity with groups who are discriminated against. They do it globally. Other things they actively support: freedom of religion and belief; girls' education; media freedom; campaigns to tackle gender-based violence. Not all of these are popular in the countries in which embassies campaign, but they do it anyway, to show support for marginalised communities.
You do realize the Indonesians are Islamic and therefore the UK raising the LGBT flag is seen as a direct insult to the Indosnesian people by the Government of the United Kingdom.
