*Ellendryle laughed and dumped half of the bucket of water into the kettle and knelt to build up the fire.. feeling more at ease then she had in a long time*

Kaiaa watched feeling rather lazy and hating it.

"Ellendryle, I'm going to go take a walk around, loosen up some of these muscles and get some fresh air, that is if you don't need me for anything..."

 

[Ellendryle of Sunrising]

*Looks up and chuckles* "Go ahead, but ye might be finding the rest of the village curious about ye.. Breakfast will be ready in awhile.. just oatmeal and what's left of the bread .."

*Ellendryle watches as Kaiaa leaves the hut, and sighs.. looking around at the disorder, then she begins to set the place aright.. still wondering about the screen.. maybe she could re-weave it..*

Jianthre: The sounds of the crowd outside grew as Jianthre paused in his work to look into the street, there was the tall elf, surrounded by curious villagers. The smith nodded and returned to pumping the bellows as the flames grew larger .~Where's D'nyra?~ "D'nyra! Where are you!" Jianthre's voice carried easily over the crowd's noise and caused some to turn towards the smithy. *

Raven looked to the smiths where the bellow had come from giving Kaiaa a chance to sneek up behind him and pop him in the ears.

 

[Thunderring]

"Ow! What was that for!" he yelled rubbing his ringing ears.
"For being a jerk," she said esaly while smoothly mounting her hores.

 

[Ellendryle of Sunrising]

*From the crowd, a young light haired boy darted toward the smithy, his guilty look causing a few chuckles among the townsfolk. D'ynra almost bumped into Raven as he went past.
"Here, Mastersmith! I'm coming-- " He seized the bellows and begin pumping while Jianthre glared at him briefly before turning back to the bar of metal heatin in the coals.*

 

[Thunderring]

The two companions exchanged looks and Kaiaa said something to Raven in their strange languge. Raven shrugged and gestured toward the smithy. Kaiaa shot him a slightly agrivated look before sliding off her hores once more and slowly making her way toward the smithy

 

[Ellendryle of Sunrising]

Jianthre looks up briefly then takes the long-handled pinchers in hand, reaching in and grabbing the redhot bar with them, moving swiftly to his anvil where he begin to hammer it into a flat shape. Kaiaa's footsteps couldn't be heard over the ringing of the hammer but the apprentice almost stopped his work to watch as she came closer..

She stopped a good four feet from the forge enterance and waited, hands folded in front of her, for him to finish his work.

It only takes the mastersmith a few blows to shape the bar into a rectangular shape, pausing to break off the first and drop it into the bucket with the rest of them. He shoved the bar back among the coals and motioned to D'ynra to continue before coming to the enterance of the forge, his voice echoed in the street* "G'day! Can I help you?"

"Acctualy I have a couple of requests for you if you have some time to discuss it with me. I would not want to inturput your work." Her voice was polit and kind, but her stance that of soilder.

 

[Ellendryle of Sunrising]

*The fire crackles as Ellendryle finishes picking up the mess. She glances in the kettle and reaches down the cloth bag holding the rest of her ground oats.. it would do. She dropped a few handfulls into the water and stirred, wondering where the two strangers were.*

(GTG. Mom and dad say i've been on long enough....)

Jianthre glances back at the forge, then nods to D'ynra. "Enough for now.. Go get your breakfast and please bring a bucket of water in for your mother.." *he looked at Kaiaa, as if judging her.. then he nodded* "Come in.. Lady Ellendryle said ye are fit now did she?" *he remembered the blood staining the clothing and tack of the horse the other had rode in on*

Still uneasy she walked in.

"As you probably already know me and my companion are in need of some repairs done to our equipment. We also have a few weapons that need to be sharpened. We, of course would be willing to pay for it, if you agree to do the work."

 

[Ellendryle of Sunrising]

Jianthre studied the female warrior for a few moments, then nodded. "Let me see your gear.. " *his eyes widened when he saw the swordhilt she bore and he straightened* "I will try and repair your gear but I have little in the way of certain supplies, like mithreal, which is what some of your armor is made of, aye?" *he frowns suddenly, glimpsing curious onlookers drawing closer and moves quickly around the stranger and faces them. * "Don't you have anything better to do!" *the crowd disperses fairly quickly, not wanting to anger him more*

"Oh no worries about that. We can get as much of anything that you need. In fact if you'll let us we would prefure to pay you in such things, as we currently have no gold on us....We can get some if that is what you desire, we just don't happen to have any."
