Brain fog

Hi all,

I don't know if it's because of my anxiety or sleep apnea, but I am having much brain fog. I am only 29 and nearly 30.

Please pray for me for a clear and sharp mind!

Gracious Heavenly Father and Lord Jesus,
I pray for relief for and that you would guide Riley to something that would relieve his brain fog. Help him to find some green olives, olive juice, olive oil, B vitamins, or similar remedy. You know if a more powerful one is needed here. Help him to think clearly.

(tbh the Tasso’s green olives from Costco - including drinking the juice they come in - cures my brain fog when it arrives. Boom, gone.)

Yeah, I drink a b-complex vitamin water every day. It’s a mental performance enhancer.

The compounds in the olives/olive juice heal the inflammation that causes brain fog, but you don’t want it to just come back the next day, hence the B vitamin stuff. Switching to whole grain bread products can help, because non-whole grain bread actually drains b-vitamins from your system.

It is a real prayer though, I do want God to help you with this. I was fortunate that I knew about the Tasso’s olives and they were easy to find.
