In your opinion, what is the most controversial issue in the Bible? I don't really find anything controversial issues in the bible...I believe what I believe and I don't argue about it. I think its a shame when Christians fight over issues that have nothign to do with Salvation.
Do you believe that water baptism is necessary for salvation? I don't believe that water baptism is necessary for salvation. I believe that confessing Jesus as your savior is necessary for salvation. I am baptized though.
Which version of the Bible do you prefer to read? I read the NIV, why? its the one my pastor uses.
Do you believe in once saved, always saved? This is one of those issues like from above. I've never really thought about it. I suppose that if you blaspheme the Holy Spirit after being saved, then you are kaput.
Is it correct to say that once we accept Christ into our life we are saved? Answer and then read Matthew 10:22 and give your opinion of the scripture. OK, yeh i believe that when we accept Christ into our lives we are saved. now that I read the scripture, I had to read the whole chapter to get the context. So Jesus is talking about staying faithful in times of trial. So it seems that He's saying that if you don't stand firm, you will not be saved. kinda like the verse 32"Whoever acknowledges me before men, I will also acknowledge him before my Father in heaven. 33But whoever disowns me before men, I will disown him before my Father in heaven.
do you think women should be the head of a church or head of a house? NOwadays many women are forced to be the head of the house as there are more single-parent families. I don't think that women should be the head of the church though. NOw that DOES NOT mean that women aren't called to ministry, and that women can't lead an effective ministry. I can get into that if you want to pm me.

If you could play a role on any series or sitcom, which one would it be and what role would you play? I would like to be Peter on Heroes...since he can mimic all the other heroes powers.
The cacellation of which series or sitcom upset you the most? Did it leave you hanging or did it end the way you had hoped? The end of the Sopranos was disappointing...even though I had already quit watching it.

Do you ever find it difficult to truly love your neighbor as yourself? Is it really impossible to love others when you do not love yourself? Its hard to love your neighbors when you go through selfish phases. As singles we are wont to do that as we sometimes focus on ourselves and our own wants and desires. When we put that aside and live for others, it's very easy to love your neighbor as yourself. I think you do have to love yourself, I always tell myself that if Jesus loves me, then I shoulda as heck should!
Do you prefer roads or interstates to drive on? Depends on where I'm headed...sometimes country roads are great, but if I need to get somewhere then the interstate is fastest.
