The evo's haven't even began to explain how information contained in the DNA code increases....increases to the point that DNA is a code within a code......through a process of random chance.

You forgot the two people had a much greater percentage of heterozygosity than we have now....plus...a much purer genetics...DNA.
Amoeba is not a stumbling block for evolution,...you are presuming that we started of with just 1 pair, while science theorise otherwise, similar to bacteria, ...you don't have a 'single' bacteria,...its a population
