Boss is a bully please help me

Please pray for me!
My life is hard. I got a new job and already the boss is criticizng me for little things and hardly praises me. He seems very nitpicky and judgemental. I work retail. He acts like this is a military operation and wants everyone to have the same super talkative personality and he cant handle that i use the bathroom many times. Its none of his business if i use the bathroom whatever times. He is so perverted.
Also hes busy putting me down for stupid reasons but he and the coworkers are constantly making anti Christian jokes and sexually harassing jokes and even the guys make fun of some of the females body shapes and types calling one girl fat and short and the boss apparently turns a blind eye but yet i am not allowed to go to the bathroom more than others without it being an issue? I am so enraged at this place. I need work to survive and its hard to find a job!

I would connect with the human resource dept. and speak to someone about it, especially the sexual jokes, this is illegal and should be reported immediately. Companies can be sued, if an employee is being harassed sexually. Recently in the city I reside, a young girl who worked at a retail store was being harassed, and the management did nothing. She was murdered by an employee who was harassing her while she was working. They have now since closed the retail store. Take this seriously and report immediately.

One thing I never learned while I was working is to look at your job as you are working for God. Your boss is God so you do your best knowing that instruction from Jesus is for your betterment. Taking it from Jesus is so much easier. God did put you there.

one year at a new job, I quickly discovered the boss was a "bossy boss" so I did quit

right now there are lots of job openings
businesses are having trouble filling openings so you should be able to find another job quickly

Sounds like a hostile work environment, does the company have a HR department? You could also talk to an attorney, there are labor laws.

If the situation is as bad as you describe and you are talking about a physical survival, then moving to another city/state/country seems like something that should be your goal.

As for you going to the bathroom "many times", you might be able to control this. It depends on why you're doing this. Is it medical? Psychological? Both? In any case, sometimes this can be controlled with medication and/or surgery.

But as for what else you've written, I'd say your frequent 'bathroom breaks' are the least of your concerns.

If you live in the US, there are TONS of jobs these days. Shouldn't be too difficult to find another one pronto!

If you believe all things come from God then you must believe he has put you there for a reason,. Something you need to learn from this experience. You can make it easier by looking at him as God requesting these things from you. Not as criticism but as guidence. In life there are hard lessons. If you don't deal with it correctly as God wants you to it will be coming back again. A new job is usually hard on all of us.
