Appearance: Takes after his mother (human) in height and facial features. Other than that, he takes almost completely after his father. He has dark brown eyes, almost black. His hair is almost entirely gone, but he does have a few long, black strands. Extremely muscular. May have had a fine face at one time, but too many scars make it impossible to tell. Borkeau wears a thick, gray vest (nothing under it) and shorts that match.
Bio: Left home when he was eight to be enrolled in military training. He eventually enlisted under one of the more powerful Ember City merchants. Borkeau rose in ranks quickly until he was just second in command. During a fatal "accident," Borkeau's enlister was shot and killed. Borkeau has been a considerate contributer to Ember City's military actions ever since.
Characteristics: Hot headed, military genius. Borkeau is also very headstrong and is very confident in himself as an officer.
