We are bound by treaty (USMCA) to have them mostly freely travel into our fair land to do business with our businesses.
If we stationed troops at the border this would be frowned upon by all other parties (Mexico & Canada, but also the rest of the world).

Yes it is and it makes sense if you think about it. If America’s immigration situation was causing the fentanyl crises
was true, it would be significantly better for them to state it as a fact rather than be wishy washy with a question. The problem is a headline that says that America’s immigration situation isn’t causing the fentanyl crisis isn’t going to have anyone read the article.
