has anyone ever tried to write a book before? what did you write about?

i guess you could call what i've written a "book". no clue what it's about. usually someone has to tell me

I'm on my fourth.

I wrote about two architects, one homeless and the other one a billionaire. I go to extremes, don't I?

I wrote about people living out the story of the Good Samaritan.

I wrote a sci-fi about missionaries on other planets.

And I'm writing an end-times tome now.

wow....all your books sound very interesting. have you gotten them published? or are you going to try to get them published?

I am going to start a fantasy book once my hands heal. It'll have dragons, talking animals, etc.

I have written one complete novel, a western. It has been "almost" published twice. Both times the publishing companys went out of business before that happened. I'm starting to get a complex here

I have almost finished the rough draft for my first sci-fi novel. It is for the Christian market, unless I can get it in the general market as is. Set on a different planet in the future.

Actually, the quickest way to get published is magazine articles. Books can be very tough unless you have an agent or are just very fortunate.

i've heard actually publishing works can be very difficult. one good reason to have another job if you plan on being a writer
