Book Recommendation

I've been wanting to buy a book from CPH but I'm torn. Which book would you recommend?

Lux, I can’t speak to “They Will See His Face” because I haven’t read it yet but I have read “Pastoral Care under the Cross” by the same author and it is excellent. Quite honestly I only just read “Spirituality of the Cross” fairly recently. I have decided to buy about a dozen copies and give them out to my Lutheran friends—I think it is that good. Every once in a while we need a little nudge to remind us who and how we are.

I found “Spirituality of the Cross” gave me great comfort and assurance in who I am as a Christian, practicing as a Lutheran. It also offers much clarity in understanding why Lutherans practice our faith the way we practice it. I can’t say enough good things about it.
