I use PreSonus Audiobox USB 96. Recommended to me one of our fellow posters on here, in fact. I don't know if you play, but it's inexpensive ( approximately $100). I like it. I haven't been recording lately, but it's pretty great. It has a bunch or prerecorded rhythms and sounds to get started. You might try it and see if you can get some vocals over it with a USB microphone.

No, I don't think so, without a purchase. If you're looking for one to just download, I used to use Audacity, which is free.

Oh, I Googled it. So, that's to plug into instruments and get the music onto a computer program?

I only mess around with rain sticks, Bebop, and I can do some good hand drumming...on stuff...

But I have this music in my head, so I believe I can find some kinda program to make beats.

Yes, you use it to record. You should play around with it and in time keep upgrading. Have fun!
