Blog not publishing

I have checked PUBLISH NOW and ALLOWED ALL people to READ my blog, but it is NOT on the MAIN BLOG LIST.

One person was able to see it on my profile page and read it; another person could not.

What am I missing, or could there be a 'bug'

I decided to take it down for now.
An administrator said that there are still bugs in the system where they cannot even access some of our profiles to check it out.
If anyone has any ideas, please feel free to pm me, and I may put one up in the future
