Blessings Glitch

Received from one of my CF Angels today:

Gweny am leaving soon but is there any way you can fix purchase feature so I can give blessing when I need to. I gave blessings to Breezy3 from a old game and she just had her 15th grandchild and wanted to give her 1500 blessings for it.
To celebrate..
Was unable because I had given her blessings not to long ago.

There's not supposed to be a limit on how much/often you can bless someone

Just adding here, added in another (same prob as above) as well, that we also need be able to send anonymous blessings and there is no function for that that I can see.
