I have struggled with the definition as well. Through many debates and discussions I have concluded the following.
Blaspheming the Holy Spirit: As others have stated--willfully continuing to reject Christ. At a stage where your heart is stone cold--beyond converting one. This indivdual will reject anything dealing with living for the lord.
They will possibly die that way,
