Blank Post Errors

Every once in a while when I use the quick reply function, I get the "The following errors occurred with your submission" message but no error is specified. This has been happening more frequently in the past few hours.

No, the funny thing was that the post didn't show up, but if I tried to submit it again the system told me that it was a duplicate...
