I've loved that stuff since I hit puberty!:D

Led Zeppelin is my all time favorite band. Ozzy and AC/DC are listen beside by high school grad photo in the yearbook under my favorite music.

I wonder if anyone else has had the same criticisms for their choice of music, and how did you respond?
Depends who asks!

I was introduced to classic rock by my parents a couple years back, I love it! :D I could not begin to name all the bands I've come across in just a couple years.

Any Eric Clapton fans, though? The Doors? Two of my favorites. :)
I like the Doors .......... I think 'Riders On Ther Storm' is one of the most atmospheric things ever put out by any artist!

I like Clapton when he was Derik and the Dominoes best. ;)

Are there any Christians out there who like Black Sabbath? They are my favourite band, and I also love Led Zeppelin, AC/DC and Deep Purple. Though I often get flak from other Christians who judge my whole Christian worth by the music that I enjoy. Any comments?

I don't know much about Deep Purple, but Zep and AC/DC are fine. However, I stay away from Black Sabbath. That song N.I.B. is sung by Ozzy singing as the devil. I've heard one Black Sabbath album, Paranoid, because it was not a dark album and it had only messages about anti-war and drugs. I don't listen to Sabbath or Ozzy.
