Talk about a current event Anyone insane enough to brave the crowds? I went as far as down my street and that was just to walk the dog.

I spent most of the day driving my family around to different stores in Chicago. It was a lot of fun!

Took advantage of the $29.00 tablet @Version,though..didn't have to wait,either.

Went to the mall & to Target this afternoon with my girlfriend. By that point, it was pretty calm on account of all the folks wanting the best deals having gotten them at midnight. No hair-pulling or anything crazy, lol. She just bought makeup from Clinique, they were having this sale. Excited her at least, lol.

There's still some pretty good deals online for stuff I'm interested in. It makes more sense to me to buy big things like TVs online anyhow, on account of how it's delivered right to your door. I'm debating buying a TV. Haven't decided. Probably should quick before the prices shoot back up.

Do any of y'all have any experience with either of these?

I waited in line at Target a few years. A couple years ago. For a family member. I earned $40 each time. But I never celebrated it. And don't recall knowing about it. Until after a grown up. I usually drink alcohol at nights instead of waited in cold weather . To shop for stuff. I do some on line shopping to ovoid bumping into people.
