Natural Family planning.

Do you track your periods? Basically you mark on the calender, the days each month you get your period. Do this for 4-6 months. Then you count from the first day of one cycle to the first of the next. Add these up and divide them by the number of months to get your average cycle length. This is the first step to begin tracking your ovulation and you can either avoid having sex the days you are ovulating or use condoms or some other form of barrier protection.

There are many books and websites on this subject, to help you get a better understanding of it.

There is also an non-hormonal IUD, which can be kept up to 10 years I believe. There is lots of info about this on the web too.

Or just a barrier method alone, but it has a higher failure rate because of the human error factor.

I have an IUD which I've been very happy with thus far. Mine has hormones, but there is a type without. It can be removed at any time and fertility returns right away, and it is the most effective non-permanent birth control available, like Linnis said, there is lots of info available on the web (still to reputable medical sites though)
Your OBGYN or nurse practitioner should be able to give you information about all of these options.

We had a great thread about contraception sometime back. Here it is: http://www.christianforums.com/t2398905-what-is-the-best-form-of-contraception.html

My general conclusion is that a combination of fertility awareness and some sort of barrier method is probably the best, least invasive, immediately 'undo-able' way to go.

Check out: www.fertilityfriend.com or the book 'Taking Charge of your fertility'. Fertility awareness looks intimidating at first, but it actually pretty easy. You just put the thermometer on the top of your alarm clock and temp every morning before you get out of bed and record the results. It's really simple.

Also, I'm a fan of condoms, but you need to get GOOD condoms. Crown Skinless Skin and Beyond Seven, both available at super clean, and woman run www.condomdepot.com are great. The only worthwhile store brand is Trojan's Elexa Ultra Sensitive. No other varieties are really worth your time or money. They're too thick and stink of rubber.
