Nice try with Princess Peach, but we're talking LITTLE girls. LOL. Peach is obviously a woman! LOL.
Hrm. Little girls, little girls. Wow, I can't think of any others. So let's go with the girl in Silent Hill... the one that disappears in the beginning of the game and that you are trying to find. She has her creepy moment; when you are chasing after her in the fog, lol. And the fact that evil is trying to take her over.

I dunno, little girls are naturally creepy, I think. Especially if they have a Brit accent. Like in the first Resident Evil movie? The hologram? Dunno if that was in the game, but that'd be my pick. (And I still say Princess Peach... someone's gotta bake the crumpets for the tea party)
