Fortunately, my debt totals maybe 100 dollars, if that much, at this point. So I would buy a condo in NYC. I would donate some. But the rest I would invest or put into savings.

How big is your dream house?

Not huge. I'd have a bedroom for me, an office, and one or two guest rooms. The most important part would be lots of windows. It would have to be nice and open with lots of nice light.
