I joined Ballys. My friend and I are going every Mon Wed and Fri morning after our shift. She paid extra for a trainer but I've been working a long time. I know where my trouble spots are and how to get rid of them

Good job, make sure that you're actually breaking a sweat unlike some women who are there to look pretty and ogle men, lol.

Ha, I need to get whatever you had! :D No just kidding, I've had enough of being sick. My doc told me I can start working out again this week so I did for the first time in a long time yesterday. Yesterday I also figured out that if I spend 2 hours working out for 8 of the 11 days left this year that I can reach my 2008 resolution to have 9,000 minutes of exercise. So I am going to try....

I have been pretty bad the last two weeks (which were basically vacation).

I did 1 rock climb (with weights afterwards, my hands die really fast), 1 intervals (only for 18 minutes, I wasn't doing so well), 1 exercise bike, and 1 Dance Dance Revolution (counts as something at least).

None of those but the Rock Climbing and Intervals were serious, and even the intervals were short.

In Dec/Jan I put on ~15 lbs. Since then I have been lifting lots of weights, and so have been glad to be eating more and haven't worried about the extra lbs.

However, I am still at ~180 lbs, and would like to go back down to ~165 lbs. So I guess that means that I need to diet and focus on it for a month or two. So I figured I would start posting in this thread.

Last week wasn't good as I didn't work out much at all, this week will hopefully be better (although I am starting it with going to the chocolate shop).

Since September, I've gained about 20 lbs to the other 20 I gained from March-Sept, trying to get over an eating disorder.
In March I was given the go-ahead to exercise more as long as I regulate my eating, and my metabolism has finally started to rise again. I've worked out as much as possible with the crazy schedule I have, and in the process, I have lost about 10 lbs. [A healthy rate for 2 months of work out :)]
I'm finally fitting into my favorite pair of jeans again :D
