I had a pretty decent size hunk o lamb, so I set it for eight hours. I'll be here all day though, maybe a short exodus to satisfy my addiction to billards, so I can keep an eye on it.

it's been going for a couple hours now so the house smells great. And the meat is folded over so the garlis inthe slits is actually on the inside of the meat, butter/garlic inside and outside, onions piled on top.

just finished cooking it. Looks pretty good though.

I finished a 12-week bulking/cutting cycle on March 23, and have taken this week off to recoup and minimize plateauing. Made it all of 7 days, and just this afternoon, BOOM!, depression set in on me like a ton of bricks.

I HATE feeling like this. But I guess the good part is it makes a helluva motivator to get back to work.

But I'm pretty happy with my results: gained 7lbs. of lean muscle after the cut.

I'm so glad he's decided to cut down on red meats.



Edit: I had shredded wheat for breakfast, a lean cuisine and some mandarin oranges for lunch, and a chef salad for dinner. YUM YUM YUM! Walked a little bit, but not enough to be considered exercise. The good news is that a couple of girls (ladies) at work invited me to walk with them. I'm starting tomorrow! YAY!

lol quite the miracle since his diet has mostly consisted of red meat for the 11 years I've known him.
