So this is kind of piggybacking off the Couples of CF thread, but how many of you get frustrated when you have big news or big plans or whatnot and you can't share it because of the chance that your SO will see it? I'm kinda in that fix right now

(I love that smiley) Steph usually only gets a chance to check the boards here, but sometimes she can check at her sister's, and I'm too afraid to take the chance

But ah well, such is life.

Any similar situations?

If I had big plans or something I was wanting to share, I would never want to hide it from Danie. I'd probably tell her about it first before I posted it, since if it was related to our relationship I'd ask for permission to post. As for whether you should take the chance (even though you didn't specifically ask)...do it. If you're certain it won't hinder your relationship with Steph, and it's news that you're keen to share, then don't be afraid!

You could always post under another name... If you've got a valid reason, and you're not abusing the system, I'd think it would be fine.

Ah yes...surprises...didn't quite think of that, Gonzo. Sorry...In that case I would be in the same boat as you if I had a surprise in mind for Danie - how to keep it a "secret" but still share it with others...
