Big Decision

I wanted some advice on something...I have made a decision about my romantic life. I posted a thread on another post awhile ago. I want to
date a good-hearted Christian woman. That's paramount in dating selection. My dad and one of my friends think I should date a Latina woman. I want to try this option to as I have had better luck with Hispanic women (as friends) much, much better than Anglo women. I
know a middle age Latino man in my community that probably know where all the young Christian Latinos are. How should I ask him to find this type a date? I will still keep an open mind about any race, but I need
to try this option...it may be in God's will.

Why should it matter if she's Latina (with an a, o means a latin boy ). No I'm not Latina lol so don't get excited, I just know Spanish. Anyway, why does it matter what ethnicity she is? God could very well bring a beautiful Nigerian Christian woman into your life or Russian or whatever. God's will is His will. Be open to it. Frankly, I'm not so pleased with the Hispanic women I know right now. No offense to anyone. It's not so much they are Hispanic it's just I don't like these girls in particular. Anyway, it really doesn't matter. If you are attracted to a Latina chica and she is a good Christian woman, ask her out. That's my two cents.

Do what you feel you must do to find a romantic interest. Just be aware that God will deliver into your life who He wills when He wills it. It is not any less foolish than looking for a girl in any other manner. Sometimes we follow a right path, and sometimes God lets us do something stupid just to remind us of Who is in charge. I can't say which this would be, but I think if you are looking for a Godly woman that you will probably do OK. Even if the lady you find now is not the one you marry.

Hi. I don't really know what to tell you, but I did want to give you something to think on. You're Baptist, according to your icon, correct? Most Latina women are Catholic. If you dated a Catholic, it could cause problems. Not certainly, but it is very possible. Just continue to pray and follow His will.

If you are open to dating women of other ehtnicities, here are some tips:
~Try visiting a church with a multi-ethnic congregation.
~ Attend ethnic-centered festivals (ie October is National Hispanic Culture month so I'm sure there is something going on. Not only will you meet new people, but you will probably have a good time in the process.
~ If you are out and about and see someone that sparks your interest, go up and talk to her! There are no specific ways or methods to speak to women of different ethnicities. Just strike up a convo.

Women of different ethnicities are everywhere (at least I think so). By that, I mean I don't think they are all clumped together in one particular area or side of town, all attend one church, or all shop at one mall, etc.

I dont' understand why this is a big decision either, but assuming that it IS because of culture, keep in mind that not every Latina woman speaks spanish, is a 1st generation American, etc. There are ALL TYPES just as with any other ethnicity.

If want to date a good-hearted Christian woman, you can find her. Just don't limit yourself or God because a good hearted Christian woman can be found in all ethnicies.
