Big Brother time again!

Not surprisingly, I agree with just about everything said in here.

I was very disappointed to learn that ED was safe (which, based on the cheering posts I saw before I watched the show, I pretty much knew in advance -- if you are a vocal fan of someone on the block and cheer when the show is over, you're basically giving away the results). I don't know if it's because Dustin is gay and some people are against him just because of that, or what, but there is nothing that Dustin has said or done that even comes close to matching Dick's behavior.

Yeah, it's Dick's game. But when people lie on this show, everyone turns against them, "Oh they are such a liar, they have to go!" Why is that any different? Lying is part of the game too. It seems more acceptable to attack people's ethnicity, sexuality, appearance, children, and any other sensitive spot you can find, to dig in until it really hurts, than to tell a strategic lie. Don't get that.

Anyway, I was really unhappy with the show last night. With Daniele HoH, the only people I'm still rooting for in the game are going to be the next to go.

I had nothing against Dustin.
I just like E.D.
He is straight up and tells it as it is. He don't care what anybody else thinks and shows he wants to mend the relationship with his daughter more than he wants to win any money.

He's not a Christian, so he is in my prayers.

But he is still cool and a rocker, so who couldn't love Evel Dick?!

I agree with the music it is a little annoying.

I think like I've been saying the reason that people are annoyed with Amber, Dustin, & Jameka is how they are acting all innocent & all & they completely aren't. And it's kinda funny now how Jen is in the background so to speak. I couldn't help but think about Jessica saying all the smack at the HOH nominations to Danielle & Dick. Then boooyah it turned on them this week & was quiet funny.


The skinny remarks on Danielle are making me grrrrr too. God made her that way just like he made people heavier. She may could gain a little wieght but she is little boned by far.

You say "cruel angry butthead" I say strategic.
He usually will come from the front instead of stabbing someone in the back.
I like that characteristic in a person.
Guess some don't like that strength though. . .
BTW how do you know these "dozen cool rockers" and their personality? Do you know them personally?

My only thing with Dustin is how one way he comes across nice and all...then is selfish. THEN he got so cocky thinking he wouldn't go...it was just rich to see his face. It has ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with him being gay or anything else. I kind of take offense to you saying that. I could care less if he is gay or not...he was just way to over confidant in the fact he wouldn't be voted out. he is 2 faced.

Not any more personally than I know Dick. I know what I see of them publicly, just like I know what I see of Dick's public side.

I would say Dick might be a very nice person privately. His friends in the segment they had last week certainly seem to think so. But I've seen the things he wrote on his MySpace before becoming a public figure, and I think he's despicable.

I do agree that we should pray for his salvation, though.

I'm sorry if I offended you. I'm trying to figure out why so many people on other Big Brother sites really liked Dustin, and why so many people on CF seem to dislike him. Being a Christian site, I speculated that perhaps some people here don't like him because of his sexuality. I wasn't referring to anyone in particular.

For some reason, I was very happy to see your post. I completely agree with you! I didn't have anything against Dustin; I just find E.D. and Daniele to be a lot more interesting. I thought I was the only one who liked E.D. and Daniele... I've been really enjoying watching them form a better relationship!

I do think that E.D. can be a jerk... However, like you said he tells it like it is!! He doesn't hold back; He's almost completely honest. You can really see that he cares a lot about his daughter... There's been a lot of examples of that throughout the show. And yes, he does want to mend the relationship with his daughter more than he wants to win any money... Look what he did last week; He took her off the chopping block rather than himself. Do you think that he would do that if he was only there for the money? I certainly don't think he would...

I found it completely hillarious when he poured the iced tea on Jen. Was it incredibly juvenile? Probably. But, was it funny? YES. I love watching that scene. It seriously cracks me up!

He's not a Christian, so he is in my prayers.

Jameka makes me really mad sometimes. She's said and done some pretty obnoxious things throughout the show... Like I said before, E.D. tells it as it is. I think that he's right on about her. I mean, it's cool and all that she's a Christian, but some of the stuff she does doesn't represent Christianity very well. For example, when she went after Daniele, she said to Daniele and I quote:
"I thought he was your God too, Daniele, but maybe not."

Excuse me, but that [bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse]ed me off... Woah; Judgemental much? I think so. Aren't Christians supposed to be non-judgemental? I've always been under the impression that we are...

Jameka also said some stuff about Dick's grandmother that wasn't true, apparently.

Plus, realize, part of the reason that E.D. acted like a jerk last week was so that everyone would HATE him, and vote him off. He said it HIMSELF that he would do that. That's why he was sort of going a bit overboard. From what I see, it doesn't seem like he's usually quite that much of a jerk.

you know what?...if I had cameras following me around 24/7 for the whole world to see I know I wouldn't be the perfect example of "Christianity". Only Christ himself was a perfect example....I saw the whole argument on youtube, they edited it on the show to make Jameka look as bad as she could have...BB loves ED and why shouldn't they? he's good for ratings...I have to admit...he's very entertaining to watch!!!...I have subscribed to Showtime after dark just because Dick is still there(Showtime pkg. only costs $12 more a month but I will probably cancel it once the show is over) didn't realize there were gonna be commercials...I kinda wanted Dustin to stay because he was growing on me...I wonder what he thinks of Eric now...if Eric were to be final two I know he wouldn't have Dustin's vote!!

Totally agree. Thank God, literally thank Him, that there are not cameras on me 24/7 with all of America judging my representation of Christianity. I do the best I can, but man oh man do I fail royally at times.

I think it's really unfair for people to be so down on Jameka not being a good Christian. She fails, yeah, but she also prays, and she tries, and if BB is showing her doing that much - knowing they want to portray Christians in a negative light - I wonder how much of her good example is going on behind the scenes and we're just not seeing it.

I'll never agree that Dick cares so much for Daniele that he'd be willing to do anything for her. Sorry, but if you care that much about your daughter, then before you get on a national television show you wouldn't bad-mouth her, call her the b-word, tell everyone you want to slap her teeth out, and the many other things he said publicly that I'm sure contributed to her not speaking to him for three years.
