What does scrutinize mean?

If Eric had chosen to take Amber (or Zach) off the block, and Jess put up Dick or Daniele, America's Choice would have picked for Eric to vote off either Amber or Zach, not ED or D. So, he was doing what he knew America would force him to do later. He made the best decision he could in the situation.

I just wonder how Jess is going to react when she finds out Eric has been playing for America this whole time.

Eric messed up last night. He should have gotten rid of Danielle when he had the chance. Now if he doesn't get HOH this time he or Jessica will probably be gone. Both Zach and Amber are weak when it comes to challenges and Jameka, Amber, and Zach will most likely vote with whoever has the power that week. Dick and Danielle are going to stab Eric and Jessica in the back the first chance they get.

1. D or D put up and not evicted. Now the wrath of Dick is upon him and the alliance is broken and Danielle is still in the game.

2. D or D put up and evicted. Who ever he did not save will be mad. And now he's faced with either Dick or Danielle. Imagine life with Dick for a week after getting his daughter evicted. Not a pleasant picture. And Danielle would just get fired up and be even harder to beat if it was Dick evicted.

But, not using it the alliance is still good and one of the two people who are mad at him will be gone.

I was so thrilled that Eric kept the nominations!! ANd can't wait to see the sequesture house. I've been watching this for soooo long (since the first BB) parts of the show are almost predictable.
