Biblical Studies Major?

I'm off to Dallas Baptist University in the fall and plan to go with this major. Before I go through with it though I was wondering what options there were for this major as far as a career is concerned. I feel it would be a good stepping stone on the way to seminary, but I may have to work a while before I get there. What are some possible career oportunities with just this Major. Thanks for any information.

Hmm...I quit my job as an automotive tech and went back to school as a major of religion so I'm totally in uncharted waters.
One thing I've learned is that a diploma by itself will open up a lot of non-specialized job opportunities. I advocate studying English some also as it goes hand in hand with biblical studies.
I want to go to Dallas Theological next year.

I was looking at Dallas Theological Seminaries website myself the other day and they had a masters called Christian Education. I was curious as to if that were the degree I would need or not. Any way graduate school is still a ways of for me. Good luck with degree.
