Nick,
How much do you actually know about human development? Did you know that the formation of things like arm, legs, and tooth buds can only happen in a brief period of time: fetal and early childhood development? That is what science, particularly developmental biology, has shown.
You think that because it takes say 7 years or so for adult teeth to form, then we shouldn't expect evidence for the third set of teeth to show up until about seven years before they're supposed to. However, for the third set to show up at all, something must be laid down in the brief window of development. That something should be a recognizable part of our anatomy. Maybe it is similar to normal teeth and will show up on x-rays, or maybe only careful disection will reveal it. Either way, we shouldn't have to wait for someone to reach 90 years or so to find evidence for them.
Or are you claiming that your mythic third set of teeth appears out of nowhere?
There are many other problems with your senario.
Why did God create Man with a third set of teeth in the first place?
Was there tooth decay in the Garden of Eden?
Did Adam need replacement teeth every hundred years or so?
Why didn't God just give us extra strong teeth that could resist the assualts of bacteria and last our lifetimes?
Of course, all this is virtually mute if you can provide evidence that most of us have third sets of teeth just wait to come out when we get old enough.
