I think the Ethiopians are "Cush". Many of the ethnic groups are mentioned after the flood when it goes through the descendants of Noahs sons. But its gunna take a lot of study.

I have heard Chuck Missler mention these in his Genesis series, I have it, but its in 70 parts, i guess depends how keen you are to know this.

However I doubty he would have mentioned any groups of other continents though

The current region of Ethiopia is referred to as Cush, as Ethiopia and as Sheba at various spots in the Bible.

None of the rest of those nations are mentioned in the Bible because they were unknown to the people who wrote the Bible.

Most of these people groups are not in the Bible. As some people have already mentioned, the Cushites are sometimes thought of as the Ethiopians. This is a little debatable. I would hesitate to make a one-for-one comparison between Biblical people and the people that are living in those regions today.
