Biblical Creationism versus Hindu Creationism

Not really. If we can see God, we won't treat Him as God. If we can not see God, nothing would be clearly shown.

The effect of God is manifested by people. Unfortunately, there are many strange behaviors performed by all kinds of people. And perhaps, there are also all kinds of gods. In Christian, we called them angels. So it is hard to have any consensus on which behavior is really "better".

So, the criteria will never be simple. Too bad.

What's the difference of the Effects of God manifested by people vs the effects of people doing good on their own ?

I admit his grammar is poor, but if we take his statement as meaning "There's no reason other than personal preference to teach Christianity rather than Hinduism" How is this false?

For atheist, it is true.
For people who has faith to any god, it is obviously not true. There are tons of reasons.

But doesn't the Hindu feel his or her religion is as true to them as yours is to you? Does one think that when a Hindu wishes to teach Vedic "science" in the schools that they have just as much reason for it as a Christian who wishes to teach "creation 'science'"?

This is among the fundamental questions of this debate. Would American fundamentalists be "OK" if, instead of Christian Creation being taught to their kids any other faith's creation stories be taught as viable alternatives?

In terms of science education, I would say yes. Science can be taught under any religious faith. It would be the same.

Well, at least when an atheist does something good it's not because he or she had to be told it was good by a magical being in the sky. If an atheist treats a fellow human well, you can be sure it's because they knew it was the right thing to do without having to read it in the Bible somewhere.

If an atheist treats someone in a way they would want to be treated, you can be sure it's not because they had to be told to read Luke 6:31 first.

Asserting the that the Celtic gods were saints while doing so with threats of death or fire was an unforgivable atrocity. I don't agree that other peoples gods are angles. I think its wrong to destroy other peoples cultures as the christains did.

actually abortion rates are the same among Atheists and Christians, so your going to have to find another group to blame for all the problems Christians already have.

Oh and the babies cant agree, because their dead. but then again they are dead so they cant disagree.
