You are right and since decay rates are now known to not be the constant they were claimed to be then that they might be accurate is unproveable so you can't argue that YECs have to accept it. Works both ways.What "might" be is unproveable.

The entire thread is about it. You might have noticed if you had stopped talking about the resurrection. I am still waiting for someone to explain the concept of Creationism so I can address it in ethical and moral terms.What was that deception again? This thread's not supposed to debate about whether or not evolution's true. It's about Givemeareason seeing a potential problem of Young Earth Creationists deceiving themselves out of sheer pride simply because their views don't comfirm to that of the general scientific community at large.
Christianity's a religion based upon love and the unity of the church, not about splitting us apart with constant arguing. In fact, Paul even repeatedly warned not to "get caught up in words" (in other words, to argue about meaningless things).

Do you want to find out how you are being decieved or not? I asked you define the concept of Creationism and you have not. As I said I want to fair and not misrepresent it.IF you think this thread should be about backing givemereason without your or him having to give evidence to show that YECers are deceiving themselves and are without any reasons to hold to what they hold to (besides pride and arrogance as you allege) then you are off your rockers and should take the claim off these forums. Theres no way for him nor you to make the claims you are without looking at the issues. Thats illogical and Its not going to happen.

You must be aware that Jesus once visited a Pharisee's house, an area that was largely Samaritan and even gave his blessing to a Roman captain. Not to mention he ate at a house full of sinners. And that one of his disciples was, himself, a tax collector (you know him by the name of Mathew). In case you're wondering, Roman tax collectors were notorious for cheating money off of the people they're collecting money from, thus their hatred from the Jews.WOW.
