Of course the most popular is John 3:16 b/c it said so much, but I think its losing its meaning I think the words in that verse that are overlooked are "world" and "only begotten". "world" shows that it wasn't just a few people God loved and Jesus being the "only begotten" shows not only his eternal and divine nature but also shows a sacrafice by God that transcends time.

John 8:58 is pretty cool too. Here Jesus was speaking in the present time to the Jews about how He was before Abraham (in the past) in a ubiquitous state "I AM"

I like this verse (well two verses) from 1 Kings 20:

"Now a certain man of the sons of the prophets said to his neighbor by the word of the LORD, "Strike me please" and the man refused to strike him. Then he said to him "because you have not obeyed the voice of the LORD, surely, as soon as you depart from me, a lion shall kill you." and as soon as he left him, a lion found him and killed him"

My best verse in the Bible is this and I will give it using a number of translations:

Hebrews 10:12 NKJV
But this Man, after He had offered one sacrifice for sins forever, sat down at the right hand of God,

Hebrews 10:26 NKJV
For if we sin willfully after we have received the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins,

I have heard all kinds of weird teachings from this verse that make christians erroneously think they can lose their salvation or come under God's judgment!
