The King James Version has been a tried and true text
I have seen it go the other way too.

I once heard an entire sermon on the verse:

James 4:3
Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts.​

The point: Instead of asking a miss, the guy should have been asking his Mrs.

I believe the Truth Revealed by The Father in Heaven to His little children is not affected by any of the translations, nor is dependent upon them.
Do you believe the Truth from the Father , revealed to little children, is affected by the translations ?

As long as the translators did all this in good faith and without any ill motives, then we may have to be experts to know for sure what the original manuscripts said.
WHERE is that even IMPLIED, or stated in any way, IN SCRIPTURE !? (it is not)
