Hey guys!I have written this for a while & I'm now typing it up on the computer.There are four parts to it cause I stoped writting it & decided I wanted to write more,so I'm writting them into chapters.Please tell me what you think.This is only the Preview & Chapter one.I hope yall enjoy!I'll put the rest up later!


Preview

Once upon a time,there were two siblings.A girl and a boy.Nikki who was thirteen and Ryou who was sixteen.They were abused by there dad and thier mom went missing.One day,thier dad got a lifetime sentence in jail for abusing his his two children,killing others,and killing his wife.his childrens mom.The two children were petrified.A few days later one of thier closer friends gave them each a gift to share.A melenium picture frame.The gift contained an evil spirit in it.

The evil spirit came out four days later.The children who were once abused and lived on there own,now lived with an evil spirit who abused them just as much as there dad and didn't care half as much.He would abuse them until they were at the line of life and death and the stoped.right before they died.

They had been taken to the hospital before for serious injury and when asked what happened,they'd lie and say they played to hard outside or that they fell off thier bike too much or something.Never reviling the secret of what happend at home.For they knew what would happen if they did.

The evil spirits name was E.B. and the children belived he was a curse that came upon them.Never to leave them,no matter how old or what the condition was.They awaited the pain and torture every day for a few years that continued to fall on them non stop,in that never ending journy.Only sleeping,did they get salvation.Until the fateful days when they gave and died from abuse.Heres the story behind thier sad tale.







Chapter 1





Ryou and Nikki were walking home in terror.They walked home knowing what was awaiting them.

"I regret ever getting that gift from Alexis."Ryou told Nikki stil walking.

"Same here.I wonder if she knew that thing was cursed.I mean......I what if she did that,gave it,on that purpose?"Nikki asked Ryou.

"I don't think she would do that to us Nikki."Ryou told her.

"I was just wondering.'C-cause he's been with us for five and a half years now and I'm getting sick of him."Nikki said reluctantley.

"I know and it WILL stop soon.I promise."he said and gave her a hug comforting her.

"Can't we just run away and never come back?"she asked him sadly.

"No,no.It'll get better.trust me.ok?"he asked her.

"Ok.Whatever you say Ryou.You've never let me down before."she said looking up at him.

"Ok.Then let's go home."he told her soothingly.

He took her hand.Nikki,afraid,nodded and agreed,walking home with her older brother.

"I just want to get this done and over with."she told him sadly.

"I know.Me too Nikki.Me too."he said in a sorrowful voice.

They both walked home in most silence,just waitting to get home.They got home and walked through the door.

"Well,....Welcome home guys.Ready for a night of fun?"He looked at them with an evil smile on his face and gave an evil laugh.

"Can you please just lay off today?I'm REALLY tierd."Nikki said weakley.

"No,....I don't think so."he said laughing.

"Please?I beg of you."Nikki said to him not wanting to give up yet.

"I said no."E.B. shot back at her.

"Please?!"she begged.

"No!"E.B. was getting irratated.

"I'll do anything!"she kept on.

"No!"he yelled at her.

"PLEASE?!"she was still begging.

"Go away mortal!"E.B. said and pushed her over onto the ground.He walked over to Ryou.Ryou started to back up.

He hit a corner and slid to the ground.E.B.was still coming on him.He laughed evily with a sadastic smile on hs face.He reached right into his pocket and took out a knife and traped Ryou in the corner.He then knelt down and leaned at the whimpering Ryou and raised his knife.Ryou was scared and trying to back up more.E.B. let out a laugh as he watched Ryou,trying to get away.

Ryou was trying to back up still.He knew he couldn't go anywhere,but he tried.Nikki went over and pulled E.B.s hair.

"Get off of me you stupid fool!"E.B. yelled at Nikki who was still tugging at his long white hair.He threw her off making her go unconcious.Ryou then ran away but E.B. grabed his shirt.

"Nuh uh.I don't think so.You ain't going anywehere."he said evily.He pulled him back into the corner and took out a knife.He placed it on Ryou's face.

"Uhh....."Ryou muttered.He knew what was going to happen.

He was sweating nervously and wanted to get away.E.B. griped the knife in his hand and pulled it down his cheek.Ryou tried his best to hold back his tears.He did,however he flinched back in pain.A tear rolled down his cheek.He had his eyes pressed closed from the pain.E.B. moved the knife to his upper arm and sliced right across his creamy pale skin.Blood trickled down his face and arm.He knew E.B. was far from finished.He wanted E.B. to stop,but knew he didn't.....and wouldn't.He made a huge gash on his left shoulder to the top of his finger.Ryou tried his best not to scream in pain,but he did.A few tears stremed down his face.

"You like that don't you?"E.B. asked chuckling.

"N-No.I d-don't."Ryou said trying to hold back tears.

"Yes you do.You know it.Deep in your heart,.....You love it."he said evily whispering in his ear.

"No.....I don't....I hate you E.B.!Your a curse!I hate you!"Ryou yelled out.

"Your gonna regret you said that."he said laughing.

"Please don't."Ryou begged him.

"Okay then."E.B. agreed.He then went and hit Ryou outside the head making him unconcious.

He fell flat on his face unconcious.E.B. went over to Nikki and cut her back from the top side of her spine down to her lower back.He licked the knife clean of blood.He placed it on her cheek,the opposit of Ryous and pulled it down her face.Blood crawled down her face and dripped on to the blood stained white carpet,staining it once more,just like normal,the white carpet wasn't that white anymore.He cut her arms,back,face, and chest.She never even woke up.He punched her in the eye and got up and kicked her many times.He finally left the room and got a towel to clean himself off.He had one blood stain on his arm and that was it.

Chapter 2





Two hours had passed and Ryou woke up.He crawled over to Nikki and laid his head on hers.

"Please don't die little sis.....Please don't"Ryou whispered to Nikki.Nikki was unconcious and scarsley breathing.

"P-Please don't die.....I need you here."Ryou said under his breath to her.He laid his hand on her forehead and checked her pulse.She was fine.He sat up against the wall.A few minutes later,Nikki woke up.

"Oh my gosh!Are you okay?!"Ryou asked hurriedly.

"Yeah,I'm fine."Nikki said getting up weakley.She limped to the bathroom.Ryou followed and stoped at the door.She shut the door and locked it.

She opened the cabnit and pulled out a razor.She pulled all her braclts off her wrists and examined the thirty-seven scars.She took the blade and carefully ran it quickley across her wrist and jerked back.She did this six more times,jerking back in pain.Her vision blured for a second and she sat on the toilet lid and took a deep breath.Ryou knocked on the door.

"You okay?"he asked kind of concrened.

"Y......Yeah.I-I'm just gonna take a shower."she said gathering up a quick exuse.

"Clean clothes?"Ryou asked from the other side of the door.

"Forgot that.......Hold on."she said running out and grabbing some clothes.She ran back in inside.She then locked the door and threw her stuff down and cut two more times.She sat agaisnt the wall for a minute,got up and took a shower.She got out dryed herself off,and put clean clothes on.

She looked in the mirror at her scragaly hair.She got the brush and brushed her hair.She put her braclets on after washing them off,went outside,and jumped onto her clean bed.

"You can go in there now."Nikki told her brother.

"Okay."Ryou replied.

He grabed some clean clothes and headed to the bathroom.He put his stuff down and played with his hair for a moment.Then he got in the shower.He made sure he got all the blood out of his hair.He got it to where he could run his fingers through it smoothly and easely.He got out and dryed his hair really well and then got dressed.He looked in the mirror at his brown eyes.He then went to get the brush.

"Nikki!I need the brush!"Ryou yelled to her.

"Then come and get it!"Nikki replied yelling back.Ryou walked out.

"You gotta be diffucult!Don't you?!"Ryou asked sarcasticly.

"Yeppers!"Nikki replied in the same tone.She smiled.

"Whatever you silly girl!"Ryou exlaimed.

"Okay!"Nikki replied happily.They both smiled and Nikki laughed.

"Catch!"Nikki screamed out.She threw the brush at Ryou.

"Woah!"Ryou said frightendly.He caught it right as it came to him.

"Thanks."he exlaimed.

"Welcome!"she said smiling.

Ryou went into the bathroom.He fliped his head over and brushed his hair.He brought his head back up like normal and brushed the top part .He looked in the mirror and then brushed his teeth.He rinsed off his toothbrush and put it back in the cabnit.He walked back in the bedroom and laid down on his bed.He grabed his papers and started drawing again.He messed up,earased, and drew the part again.









Chapter 3





E.B. walked in.

"So.....You guys are finally awake?"E.B. asked.

"Ummm.....Yeah.We are.We have been for the past hour or so now."Ryou replied.

"Good.I see.'Cause you had a phone call.So call Joey back.....Bithches..."E.B. said walking out.He left after that.

"Okay then?What just happened?"Nikki asked confused.

"I dunno."Ryou replied.

"Okay."Nikki replied.Ryou grabed the phone and diled Joeys number.

"Hello?"Joey said answering the phone.

"Hey!"Ryou replied.

"Hi!"Joey exlaimed.

"How are you?"Ryou asked.

"Fine and you?"

"Good."

"That's good.You okay?"

"Yeah.Why?"

"Just checkin."

"Oh.Okay."

"Wanna sleep over tonight?Your sister to?"

"Yeah."

"see ya in an hour then.Okay?"

"Ok.Bye."They both hung up.Ryou turned to Nikki.

"Nikki."Ryou said.

"What?"Nikki replied.

"Get some clothes and stuff together.Were sleeping over Joeys house this weekend."Ryou returned the answer.

"Oh.Okay!"Nikki replied happily.She went over to her dresser and grabed her tote bag and got some clothes and put them in her bag.Ryou did the same.He then went over and grabed his toothbrush,toothpate,and deoderent.

"Hey Ryou!"Nikki called to him.

"Yeah?"Ryou responded.

"Can you grab my stuff?"she asked him.

"Yeah!Hold on...."he replied.

"Thanks!"she responded.

"No problem."he said.

Ryou grabed Nikki's toothbrush,toothpaste,and deoderent and headed out the bathroom door.He handed them to her.

"Thanks!"she replied.

"Welcome!"he said.

"Hey!Did you get our hairbrush?"she asked curiously.

"Oh,no.I forgot.Thanks!"he said running to the bathroom.

"Welcome!"Nikki said smiling.

Ryou went and got thier hairbrush.He walked out again and put it in his bag.Nikki was putting her binder.cds and cd player in her bag.Ryou put his binder in his bag also.Nikki zipped up her bag and put the strap on her shoulder.

"How close are you to being ready are you?"Nikki asked her older brother.

"Close.....The hairbrush is in the side pocket of my bag.If you need it,just go in and get it."Ryou explained.

"Okay."Nikki said understandingly.Ryou put his last pice of clothing in his bag ,zipped it up,and put the strap on his shoulder.

"Okay.I'm good now."Ryou told Nikki.

"Okay.Just a second!"Nikki told Ryou.She went into the bathroom.

"Just as I get done,she finds something she's gotta do."Ryou said under his breath to himself.Nikki walked out.

"The light was on,the toilet seat was up and the ceritian to the bathtub was open.I fixed them all!"Nikki said proudly.She shut the bathroom door.

"Oh...Okay."Ryou said finally getting what she did.They walked out of thier bedroom and closed the door.They walked into the living room and opened the front door readying to leave.

"Where do you think your going?"E.B. asked in a cold harsh voice.

Chapter 4





"We're.....We're sleeping over Joey's house this weekend."Ryou exlaimed shakley.

"No your not."E.B.replied reading the newspaper.

"Yes we are."Ryou said toughing up a little bit.

"No,your not."E.B. said stubbornly.

"Whatever."Ryou said angerliy.

"Oh!I forgot something!I'll be right back!"Nikki said running out of the room.

"Okay.I'll be outside."Ryou said walking outside.

"Okay!"Nikki said rushing.She ran to thier room and grabed her money,stuffed it in her pocket,and ran outside.

"Bye!See ya Sunday night!"Nikki hollered to E.B. running out the door.

"Whatever.They'll get it on Sunday."E.B. said to himself.



"What did you go back to get?"Ryou asked.

"My money.We've got fifty-five minutes left.Wanna go to McDonalds?"she asked Ryou.

"Sure!"Ryou said smiling happily.

"Okay then.Let's go!"she said heading for McDonalds.It was on their way to Joeys house and was five minutes away from his house.

"Welcome to McDonalds.How may I help you?"the person behind the counter asked.

"Yes umm."Ryou said aloud.He looked at the menu.

"I'll have a number one combo with a rootbeer."Ryou exlaimed.

"Okay...Yeah...Whatever."the clerk said typing it into the computer."And for you?"he asked Niiki.

"I'll have the grilled chricken sandwhich with a rootbeer."Nikki told him.

"Okay."he responded typing it up on the computer.

"Soooo that's a number one combo,grilled chicken sandwhich and two rootbeers?"he asked.

"Yeah!"Nikki responded.

"That'll be $8.94"he said to her.Nikki handed him a $10.00.

"You change is $1.06."the person said.

"Thanks!"Nikki replied.

He took the money.

"It'll be out in a few minutes."he told them.

"Okay!"Nikki said.They went and found a seat and sat down.

"Well...we have thirty-five minutes.What do ya wanna do after we're done here?"Ryou asked Nikki.

"I dunno.You wanna go to the Family Christian Book Store?It's only two minutes from here.Only three to Joeys."Nikki told him.

"Yeah.Okay.Let's do that!"Ryou said sounding happy.

"Okay!"Nikki replied happily.

"Nikki and Ryou Humter,your food is now avalible.Nikki and Ryou Hunter,your food is now avalible."the person said on the micropohone.

"I'll get it!"Ryou said jumping up.He got up and walked ro the counter and got thier food.Nikki played with a napkin.Folding it and un folding it many times.Ryou got back with the food.

"I'm back!"Ryou anounced.He gave a huge smile as he sat down.

"Yay!I'm starved!I haven't eaten since uhh?Last Friday!Woah!It's been a week!I never noticed!"Nikki said shocked as she laughed.

"Heh.I know.Here ya go Nik."Ryou said handing her her food.

"thanks Ryou!"she replied grabbing her stuff.She bowed her head and said a quick prayer before eating.She dug into her fries.

"Yummy!This is delicious!"Nikki cried out.She hadnt had fats food in a longtime.

"Yes agreed."Ryou said agreeing.

"I wonder whatever happened to mom."Nikki said but for some reason it went silent.

"I......I dunno."Ryou said looking down at his plate.

"She was the kindest person I knew."she said aloud taking a drink out of her cup.

"I know.She wasn't mean.She was the best!"Ryou joined in the dreaming.

"She was awsome!"Nikkie exlamied.

"She was sooooooo much better than dad!"both of them said at the same time.They both laughed.Nikki took another bite of her sandwhich.Ryou did the same.They ate in silence for about five minutes.Nikki put down her sandwhich with a huge chunk stillin her mouth.She picked up her napkin and wiped her mouth and glanced up at Ryou.She looked back down at her sandwhich.



"I.....I guess you don't wanna talk about mom anymore.Do you?"Nikki asked Ryou.Ryou looked up at Nikki and out the window.

"Not particularly."he replied.

"Okay....I...I'll drop it."Nikki said a little sadly.She picked up her fries and ate some.

"Thanks."Ryou said taking a drink of his rootbeer.







Chapter 5



Fifteen minutes passed and they both walked out of McDonalds.

"To the bookstore!"Nikki cried out happily and pointing in the direction to go.

"How much time do we have left?"Ryou asked Nikki.Nikki looked around and at the clock outside.

"Uhhhh....About thirty-seven minutes."she replied.

"Oh.Okay.Then yeah.Let's go!"he said.

"Yay!"she replied happily.

They got inside the store and looked around.Nikki found the cds and ran to them looking for the Norma Jean cd.She then gasped.

"O...MG!Thay have it!I can't belive they have it!May I please have it Ryou?!please,plaese,please?!"Nikki begged.

"I dun care.It's your money."Ryou replied.

"Oh!Yes!Dude!...Your THE best!"she started to run happily toward the cashier and swooped back around.

"Hey Ryou!"she blurted out.He looked at her after looking around.

"Yeah?"he asked her.

"you wanna get something?"she askedRyou smiled.

"Sure.Why not."he said.

"Anything you want!"Nikki said.She smiled at him as he looked around and found cd he wanted.

"Ya found something?"Nikki asked.

"Yeppers!Thanks lil sis!"Ryou said happily.

"Anytime."Nikki replied getting the cd from Ryou.She went and lookd around again.She found a keychain and picked it up.She went to the cash register.Ryou was looking around at the cds.

"No way!Thay have Ermy to!"ryou shouted excitedly.Nikki skipped back to Ryou.

"Hey!"she said startling him a little bit.She was happy and had a huge smile.

"Hiya!Guess what?!"Ryou asked.

"What?"Nikki asked.

"They have Ermy here!"he said.She gasped.

"No way!"she said shocked.

"i know!I can't belive it!"he said.

"We have eighteen minutes left."Nikki said looking at the clock.

"Okay.We'll leave here shortly."Ryou told her.

"Okely dokely!"Nikki said astonished.







Chapter 6





Fifteen minutes passed and they left to walk to Joeys house.They walked up to the porch,up the steps and Ryou rang the doorbell.Serenity came and answered the door.

"Hi guys!Come on in!"she said happily.They walked inside and put thier stuff down.

"Joey!Your friends are here!"Serenity called up the stairs.Joey came plunging down the stairs with a doughnut in his hand.

"Hi guys!"Joey said with food in his mouth.No one understood what he said.

"What?"Nikki asked trying to figure out what was said.

"Hold on."he said swallowing his bite of doughnut.

"I said,Hey guys!"Joey said reapeting himself.

"Oh.Hey!"Ryou said excitedly

"How you guys been doing?"Joey asked.

"Uh.....Uh.We've been good.Very good!Uh,Yeah."Nikki said stamering.

"Oh."Joey said.He stared at her for a moment.

"I told you no!"Nikki blurted out.

"I did'nt say anything!"Joey said hurt.Nikki turned around to face Joey again.

"I know what you were thinking."she said in a low voice.

"No you don't!"Joey told her.

"yes i do!"Nikki told him.

"Prove it!"Joey demanded.

"Okay.You kept saying,"Wow.She's hot.I wonder if I ask her,if she'll go out with me......Again!"Nikki said turning around.

"Okay.......You got me Will you PLEASE go out with me?!"Joey plaeded.

"I said no!"Nikki said stubbornly.

"Fine!Be that way!"Joey screamed.

"Fine!I WILL!"Nikki yelled back almost in tears.She didn't like fighting.She turned around and got out her binder and started drawing.She then took out her headphones and cd player and started blasting her music.The cd she had just gotten.She drew long and hard.She drew a dead demented gothic puppet girl.She then grabed her eraser and earased one of the details and re drew it.She thought that one day she was going to be the demented girl she drew .She started getting teary eyed but wiped them away quickley before anyone noticed.

Joey went over and kissed her cheek.She noticed and took off her headphones.

"Go away Joey.I said no."Nikki told him not knowing why he came over.

"No.I came over to say sorry for arguing and sorry for askin even though you said no."Joey told her.Nikki closed her binder quickley.

"I-It's fine.....No problem.......I.....I over reacted."Nikki stammered.

"What did you draw?"Joey asked her.

"N-Nothing!"Nikki said not wanting to reveal it.

"Lemmie see!"Joey said.

"No......"Nikki said hiding it.He grabed the binder and flipped through her notebook.It was filled with poems,stories,and pictures of suicide and death.He found the one that was reacently made.On it was written-

"The dead demented gothic puppet girl that I will become to be."It also had written on the side-

"One day I'll die.

I'll never again run and hide.

No more tears will fall to the ground.

Like my emotions inside wound.

I'll be a demented little gothic girl.

A puppet,controled by the dead.

Never to see the sun again.

Staying in my dark coffin.

No one ever cared for me anyway.

So why should I care for them in everyway?

Tonight I might be suicidal.

No one ever was my idol.

I'll take my razor,

And slit my wrist,

And die a slower death.

At least no one will see me.

And some one can take over me.

So tonight,

It's the night.

I'll become my little dead demented gothic puppet girl.

Controled by the dead.

And tonight,

I'll take flight.

And be a puppet,

Forever.

Joey looked that paper over many times and back at Nikkis face.He was about to cry.

"Nikki....H.....How could you?"Joey asked stammering."How could you draw and.....and write something like this?"

"Cause it's true.And that's how I feel."Nikki told him in tears.

"All of 'em?"Joey asked.

"All of them."she replied.

"But why?Why do you do that?"he asked.

"Because that's how I feel most of the time.........So I write or draw it down."she confessed.

"D-Do you cut?"he asked her.

"Yes."she said emotionless.She looked down on the ground at her side.Joey looked at her and looked at her wrist.

He took her wrist and moved her sleve.He was shocked.He let her arm down and took her other one and looked at it.There were many scars.He let her hand down.She covered them up and looked out the window crying silent tears.

"why?Why do you do this?"Joey asked pleading.A sudden rush of fear and anger rushed over him as if Nikki was his daughter and she was doing this.He cooled off before he lost it.

"You wouldn't understand."she told him.

"Yes I would.....Just tell me....Nikki.."Nikki cut him off.She looked at the celing.

"There are seventy scars.Thirty-five on each wrist.I cut in twos.....sometimes more."she said.

"But why?"joey asked her.

"Because I want to die.I don't want to be at home.It's hells house of horrors over there....."she said staring out the window trying not to cry but was."I don't wanna go home ever again!I hate it there!I wanna die!I wanna die......"she saidJoey pulled her towards him and she laid her head on his chest and cried.

"I-I don't wanna.....I just wanna die....I wanna get my life over with."she said this with Joey stroking her head and wiping some tears away.

Shh....It's gonna be okay.It'll be alright.Don't cry....Does Ryou know?he asked her contently.She nodded her head still crying.

"Oh.Okay."he said.He brought her closer and gave her a hug.He then put his chin on top of her head and hugged her again as she cried.

Chapter 7





A few hours passed and Joey,Nikki,Ryou and Serenity were all sitting together on the couch watching a horror film.They were eating popcorn and it was dark.On the t.v.,someone apeared out of nowhere and Nikki screamed and went over to Joey for comfort.They were sitting right next to each other so all she did was scoot over.He gave her a hug and offered some popcorn.She took some and ate it.She was a little embarased about what she just did,but snuggled up with Joey anyway.Joey looked down and backed up at the t.v.The movie was over and they cleaned up.

"You guys wanna play video games?"Joey asked.

"Yeah!"Serenity and Nikki shouted at the same time.

"Okay.Let's go!"Joey said.They all ran upstairs and ploped down on the ground.Joey handed everyone a controler and poped a game into the system.

"What game?"Serenity asked.

"You'll see!"Joey said sounding suspicious.

"Oh no.This can't be good."Nikki whispered to Ryou as he laughed.

"Oh!I know what game this is!"Serenity said.Joey looked at Serenity as to tell her to shut up and don't tell them.Serenity shot a look back that said,don't worry bro.I won't.promise!Joey then looked at Nikki and back at the t.v.Nikki gasped.

"Oh!I know what this is!We played when we were kids!"She said excidetly.Joey nodded his head.They played a few games and the time had hit 10:25 p.m.Nikki and Ryou went and laid down and fell asleep tired.Joey walked in and laid next to Nikki and fell asleep also.The next morning Ryou woke up and found Joey eating a bowl of cereal,Lucky Charms.

"Morning Joey."Ryou said shakeily.

"Morning.How'd ya sleep?"Joey asked the just woken up Ryou.

"Pretty good."Ryou said.He looked over and saw Nikki fast asleep.He covered her up and moved her hair out of her face.

"She looks so peacful."Joey said like if he saw a baby.

"She is."Ryou replied.

"I know."Joey said.

"Do you know?"Ryou asked him.

"About what?"Joey asked confused.

"Home."Ryou replied.

"Yeah.I saw her notebook....and wrists too."Joey said.

"Oh.....Wait!She cuts?!"Ryou asked concernd.

"Yeah.You didn't know?"Joey asked him.

"No!"he replied.He looked at her wrists.

"Oh my God....Your right."Ryou said in shock letting her wrists down gentley.

"I can see why."Joey said.

"Yeah....It's.....It's pretty bad over there.I hate to see Nikki like that.It's horrible."Ryou confessed.

"I see."Joey said looking at Ryous hurt face.Joey got Nikki's notebook and gave it to Ryou.He flipped through it looking and reading everything .

"Wow,this is.....this is deep."Ryou said.

"I know.I almost cried seeing what she's gone through and what she wants to do."Joey said sadly.

"Yeah."said Ryou.The next day Nikki and Ryou packed thier things and went home.They walked inside,ran to thier room and shut the door quietly locking it.They put thier stuff down.They looked at each other and smiled.There was NO sign of E.B. anywhere.Ryou put his bag down and knelt.He opened it and took out all his stuff and put all his stuff down where he wanted it.Nikki did the same.

Ryou got out his binder and finished his picture.He then handed it to Nikki.

"This is for you Nikki.I love you."Ryou told Nikki.

"Awww.Thank you Ryou!I'll keep it forever.I love you to."she said and went and gave him a hug.She then went and put it in her binder and hid it in her dresser.All of a sudden,E.B. poped out of nowhere.

"So your back now?I see."E.B. said evily.

"Yeah.So?"Ryou asked.

"Well,are we gonna have fun tonight?"E.B. asked.

"You know what!E.B. I'm so SICK of you!I can't stand you anymore!Oh my God!Your so STUPID!"Ryou yelled at him.

"Oh.You just didn't."E.B. threatened.

"Oh.I just did."Ryou shot back the answer.

"Rar!"E.B. said jumping at Ryou and pinned him down.Ryou pushed him off and pinned him down.He reached into E.B.s packet and grabed his knife.He raised it up and stabed E.B. in the arm.

"Go away and stay away!"Ryou cried out.

"I don't think so!"He said pushing Ryou into a cornernad stabed him many times gasping for air.Ryou grabbed the knife by the blade,took it away turned it around and stabed E.B.

"You can't kill me!I can't die!"E.B. said.

"So?I can at least try!To protect my sister!"Ryou cried out.

"I forgot about your whimpy little sister...."E.B. said evily glancing over at her.He turned around and walked toward her.

Ryou jumped on E.B.s back and pulled him down.

"Leave her alone!"Ryou yelled at him.

"No!Get off me fool!"E.B. scaremed at him.He turned Ryou around and stabed him thirty-six times.He then stabed Ryou again fifty times.E.B. then got up and looked st the person he called a fool.Ryou was unconcious.Nikki screamed and ran over to him.E.B. grabed her hair and threw her back.He went over and stabed her eighty-six times as she sliped into unconciousness.

The next morning and crawled next to Ryou.He wasn't breathing.She cheecked his pulse.Barley anything .Nothing really.She laid her head on his.

"Please don't die bro...Please don't."Ryou was dying and almost dead.

"P-Please don't die.I need you here."Nikki told Ryou whispering.She laid her hand on his forehead and checked his pulse again.Still barley anything.She sat up and leaned against the wall.A few minutes later Ryou died.She went over to him and checked him out.She shook him trying to wake him up.

"Ryou.....Ryou.....It's time to wake up.You gotta wake up.Come on."Nikki said getting teary eyed.She kept shaking him trying to wake him up.There was no reaction.Nikki started to cry more.

"Please Ryou.....Wake up...Please....Please."Nikki said begging.There was still no reaction.

"No.....No.It can't be."she said to herself.She cried more.She couldn't belive her only brother was gone.She couldn't stop crying.All of a sudden E.B. poped in and leaned against the door frame.

"So....Your awake."E.B. asked.

"You.....I hate you!"Nikki yelled through tears.

"Yeah.I know.Get over it."E.B.said. not caring.

"NO!You....You killed Ryou!My brother,my ONLY sibling!I can't BELIVE you!"Nikki cried out.

"Ah well."E.B. said.

"Ah well?Ah well?!That's all ya have to say ia ah well?"Nikki screamed.

"Ummm....Yeah it is."E.B. said evily.

He walked away.Nikki dot all of her money and found Ryous money.She counted it all and had a total of $2,564.28.She went and got a bag and put it under her bed.She took a shower and got out.She put on her favorite outfit and got on the phone.She called Joey.

"Hello?"Joey asked.

"Hi Joey."Nikki said.

"Hi Nikki."Joey said.

"Can you please come over,NOW?"she asked desperatley.

"Yeah.What's wrong?"he asked.

"I'll tell ya when you get here."Nikki told him.

"Okay.I'm on my way."he replied

"Thanks."she said as they both hung up.Nikki went around cleaning a little bit/Fifteen minutes passed and the doorbell rang.

"Nikki,door.....NIKKI!GET THE DOOR!Nikki!the stupid door!Uhhhh...."E.B. yelled as he reluctantly got up and answered the door.

"What?What do you wan?"E.B. asked harshley.

"I-I'm here to see Nikki."Joey said.E.B. growled a second.

"Hold on."E.B. said sharpley.

"Okay."Joey said.

"Nikki!Your stupid friend's here so get in here!"E.b. yelled at her.

"I'm coming!Just a second!"Nikki called from the other room.

"No,now!"he yelled.

"Fine!"Nikki said a little snippy.

"Don't gimmie that attitude!"E.B. yelled at her.

"I said I was coming!God!"she said storming into the living room and seeing Joey.

"Hey buddy!Come on in!"she called to him.She went over and shut the door behind him.

"What's wrong?"Joey asked.

"I'll tell ya in a minute."she said as they walked into her room and shut the door locking it.





Chapter 8





"This place is a mess!I-Is that blood?!"Joey asked getting a little sick.

"Yeah.Haven't cleaned it up yet."Nikki replied.

"Eww....What happened to Ryou?!"Joey said gasping.

"He......He..."Nikki said starting to stammer.He saw her face.

"Oh my God..."Joey said.

"He.....Died.Killed by E.B. the one that answered the door."Nikki said sadly.

"Oh.I see."Joey said.

"I can't he did that.Uhhhh!I'm so sick of him."NIkki complained.

"Is that why you called me over here?"Joey asked.

"Yeah.I need to give him a funeral.I got all of mine and Ryous savings all together and we have $2,564.28.I don't know how much funerals are."Nikki said sadly.

"Depends on how big and stuff you want it."Joey said.

"Oh my God....he's so.....uh!He annoys me!"Nikki said.She was crying pretty hard.

"I.........I can't belive he's dead!I-I WON'T belive it!I CAN'T!"Nikki shouted out.

"Shhhh...."Joey said to her.He pulled her up and gave her a hug.He put her head on his chest and she cried.

"So......You wanat to plan it now?"Joey asked gentley.

"Y-Yeah."Nikki stammered.

"Okay."Joey said letting go of Nikki as she got up.

"Lemmie go clean up the room a little bit first."Nikki told Joey.

"Okay..."Joey said.He let her go and clean.

Nikki then went over and cleaned Ryou up.She made it look like he commeted suicide.

"Why did ya do that?"Joey asked.

"Because,if anyone finds out that E.B. does this to us,then I'll be in HUGE trouble.I might almost die as well."Nikki said.

"Okay.You ready to go?"Joey asked.

"Yeah.Lemmie get my bookbag."Nikki said walking over.She grabed all the money,stuffed it in her bookbag and put her binder in it too.

"Okay...Let's go."Nikki said.They walked out of the room,walked into the living room and was about to walk out the door before........

Chapter 9


"Where are you going?"E.B. asked as NIkki stoped.

"Why?Why did he stop us?"Nikki whispered to herself.

"I asked you a question!I expect an answer!"E.B demanded.

"we're going for a walk and to his house."Nikki said.

"No your not."E.B. said.

"Yes,we are."Nikki argued back.

"No!You are not!"E.B. said furiously.

"You can't keep her locked up here!She's going!"Joey shouted.E.B. threw his paper down and stood up.

"I can do what I want with her!I OWN her!"E.B. shouted out.They started to walk out the door but E.B. grabed Nikki's wrist.

"I said no!"E.B. yelled.

Nikki yanked her wrist away and walked out the door.They walked to the funeral home and got together with a person and talked.They worked something out and spennt all of Nikki's and Ryou's money on the funeral.The people went and picked Ryou up.The next day,Joey,Serenity,E.B.,and Nikki went to the funeral.They looked doen and saw Ryou's tombstone.It said the following:

September 2,1988-August 15,2003

I love you Nikki,My dear sister.

Nikki cried like crazy.Joey went over and hugged her.She knelt down to the ground to the tombstone and set a bunch of his favorite flowers down on them and said a prayed.She then stood up and looked at the sky.The wind whispered threw her hair.It seemed like it was Ryou's gentle voice.It was a sunny day and there was a warm brezze.Nikki thought the brezze was Ryou's warm gentle voice.It said this as Ryou's ghost appered in front of Nikki.

"Nikki,I'm okay now.I don't hurt anymore.I'm in a better place.I love you and I'll wait for you.I promise.When you get home,you'll have a surprise box under your bed.I love you.Goodbye."Nikki smiled a sad happy amile through tears as she felt a hug from Ryou's ghost standing in front of her.

"I love you,too."Nikki whispered as Joey looked over.

"You okay?"Joey asked walking over.

"Yeah.I'm fine.He's in a better place now."Nikki said looking around.The warm brezze passed Joey and Ryou came in front of him.Joey heared Ryou speak to him.

"Joey,don't worry.I'm okay now.I don't hurt at all anymore.I'm in a better place.Take care of Nikki for me,okay?Thanks.You have a surprise when you get home....Bye..."Ryou said fading away.Ryou's ghost gave him a hug and Joey smiled.

"Don't worry.I'll take care of her.Byr bud."Joey told him.Nikki turned around as Ryou's ghost faded away.She smiled.

"You saw him,too?"Nikki asked.

"Yep."Joey said.

"Heh.I know he'll like it there."Nikki said.

"I'm sure he will."Joey said.

They both looked up in the sky and felt a warm brezze pass them.Nikki went and sat down by the tree next to Ryou's grave.Ryou and Nikki planted the tree with there mom when they were small children.Nikki fixed her skirt and mesh shirt.Joey walked over and sat down by Nikki afetr a minute.



"I want you to think about this okay?"Joey asked herNikki looked up.

"And I want you to think about this okay?"he said shifting as Nikki blinked.

"You must think about it."he said.

"Get on with it."Nikki repliedsmiling.

"Will you please,please,please,please,PLEASE do out with me?"Joey asked.Nikki thought about it for a moment and Ryou erged her to say yes.

"Yes...I will."Nikki said.

"Yay!"Joey blurted out.

Nikki got up and walked over to Ryou's grave.She knelt doen and kissed the stone.

"Reday to go?"Joey asked.

"Yeah.He'll be fine.I'm sure of it.We can go now."Nikki said.She stood up and walked towards the car.She got in the front seat.Joey got in the drivers seat.E.B. walked over to the car.Joey rolled down his window.

"Nikki,be back at home by 9:00 p.m. "E.B. said.

"Woah!That's four and a half hours!"Nikki said happily.

"Well,you wanna have it two and a half?"E.B. said harshley.

"N-No.I'm good."Nikki studered

"Then shut up!I'm in a good mood."he said turning and walking and turned back.

"Four and a half hours!"he said.

He turned and walked to his car.Nikki and Joey buckled up.Joey started his car.

"Wanna go anywhere?Do anything special?"Joey asked.

"Not particuarly."Nikki said.

"You sure?"Joey asked.

"Yeah."Nikki replied.

"Oh!I know a place!"Joey said grinning and drove staright.Nikki looked at him.

"I-I'm scared."Nikki stated.

"Don't worry!"Joey blurted out laughing.

"Oh.....Okay then?"Nikki stammered.

Joey smiled and drove on.Nikki scooted over a little and then gasped.

"I LOVE THIS SONG!!!!!"she yelled.She turned up the volume and sang along to Killers by Living Sacrifice.Joey pulled into a parking lot and came to a complete stop.

"Close your eyes!"Joey demanded.

"Why?"Nikki asked.

"Just do it!"Joey rushed her.

"Okay?"she said closing her eyes.Joey got out of the car and shut the door.He walked over to the other side and opened the door.He unbuckled Nikki and led her out of the car.He closed the door and led her to the front door.

"This place...smells firmilar.......Where are we?"she asked suspicious.

"You'll see!Kepp your eyes closed!"Joey said.

"Okay!I am!"she told him.Joey led her inside.There was a loud noise and waves of commotion.

"Okay!You can open your eyes!"Joey said.She opened them and gasped.She smiled.

"Oh.....My......Gosh!I havne't been here forever!"Nikki yelled.

"I heared this was your favorite place to eat.Soooooo....I decided to take you here!"Joey said happily getting a big smile.Nikki smiled back.

"Thanks Joey!I really apreciate it!"Nikki said hugging him.

"Hi!How can I help you?!"a waitress asked.

"Two please."Joey said.

"Smoking or non?"she asked.

"Non."Joey said.

"Okay.That'll be about five minutes.We'll get a table for you."she said.

"Okay.Thanks."Joey stated.Joey and Nikki sat down.

"Joey,...Thanks."Nikki said.

"Your welcome.!Joey said to her.

Joey gave her a hug and they talked.

"Joey,party of two,your tables now avalible.Joey,party of two."the waitress said.They got up and followed the waitress.An hour later they were done and they left.

"What do you want to do now?We've got three and a half hours left."Joey said.

"wanna go to the movies?"Nikki asked polietly.

"Sure.What one?"Joey asked.

At the theater............

"Willy Wonka,Willy Wonka!The amazing chocoalteteir!"the speakers pumped.Two and a half hours later....

"That was a good movie!"Nikki exlaimed.

"It was."Joey said.

"We've got eh.....about an hour and a half left.What now?"Nikki asked.

"Why not watch the sunset?"Joey asked.

"Okay."Nikki said.

They went on the beach and sat down.Nikki laid her head on Joeys shoulder.He looked down and kissed her forehead.Half an hour passed and it was around 8:30 p.m.Joey and Nikki got up and walked back to the car.Joey stared at the car and the clock.It read 8:42 p.m.

"It's almost Nine!"Nikki shrieked.

"We'll get there on time."Joey said.They stoped at CP'S and got some ice-cream.Nikki got Pumpkin Spice and Joey got Chocolate.They went to Nikki's house and it was 8:57 p.m.

"We got home in time!Yay!"Nikki stated happily.

"Told ya we'd get here on time."Joey said smiling.They both got out and Joey walked Nikki to her door.

"Thanks for tonight,Joey.It made me feel much better."Nikki said looking up at him.

"No problem and your welcome."Joey said smiling at her.They kissed and Joey turned around and walked to his car.

"Night,Nikki."Joey said.

"Night,Joey."Nikki replied back.

Nikki watched Joey pull away with his car.She was still eating her ice-cream and she walked inside and shut the door.She slid to the ground.

"Your just in time."a harsh cold voice came out of nowhere.









Chapter 10



The time had just turned 9:00 p.m.Nikki sighed and ate the rest of her ice-cream and stood up.

"Go to your room."E.B. said.

"Okay.....are you g-gonna......"Nikki started but got cut off.

"No.Not tonight."E.B. said.

"Okay."Nikki said.

"Just stay in your room unless you want something to eat or drink."he said.

"Yes,master."Nikki said nodding and walked to her room.She shut the door and went to her dresser and got some lean clothes.She took off her clothed and got in dressed in her clean ones.She went into the bathroom and brushed her teeth and dried her hands.She walked out and sat on her bed.At the resturaunt,a person took a picture of Joey and her for them.They developed the camra that night and they both had a photo.

She put it in one of her frames and put it on her night stand.She remebered about Ryou and thought about what he said that day.

Flashback-

"Nikki,I'm okay now.I don't hurt anymore.I'm in a better place.I love you and I'll wait for you.I promise.When you get home,you'll have a surprise box under your bed.I love you.Good bye."

-End flaskback.

She jumped up and looked under her bed.There was a box.She laid on her bed and grabed the box.She brought it up and sat cross legged and opened the top and set the top down at her side.She gasped a little and got a tear in her eye.There was a note and she opened it.

The note read-

Dear Nikki,

Hi lil' sis'.I hope you like what I've packed for you.I enjoyed making this box for you.It took me a while to get it right,but I finally got it.I was so happy to put it under your bed and relize that I was finally done.You'll probley like what I packed in it,but,I don't know for sure.I'll be here in spirit,around Christmas time and around your birthday.Every year.I promise.I must go.I love you.I'll keep you in my thoughts,mind,soul,spirit,and prayers.

Nikki got really teary eyed and put the note to the side and wiped a tear away.She pulled the box up closer and looked inside.There was a pice of paper.She took it out and fliped it over.There was a drawing on it that Ryou had drawn.She smiled and put it down.There were two pictures.One of them,Ryou was really beat up and the other he wasn't.

"Before and after pics."Nikki said to herself.She took out four wrapped gifts.She unwrapped the first one.It was an envelope.She opened it and in it laid money.She gasped.

"How did he...?"she started.She counted it.

"2997,2998,2998,2999,3000!OH MY GOD!There's $3,000.00 here!"Nikki said to herself.

She put the money in the envolope and put it to the side.She opened the next gift.It was one of the cds she had always wanted.The cd was the Flyleaf cd.She opened it up and put it off to the side.She brought over the third gift.She opened it and it was a pair of Hot Topic pants with a gothic shirt she wanted along with a black mesh top,a pair of knee high boots,a pair of mesh tigh highs,another gothic shirt,and a knee skirt that was black,red and gothy.She was very happy to get those two outfits.

She pulled up the last gift and opened it.It was a video tape.She wondered what it was.She went over to her T.V. in her room.She pout the tape in and watched it.It was a tape of thier childhood.She started to cry remebering all those times.She saw her mom,the time she lost her first tooth.The time Ryou broke an arm.There were birthday partys,Christmases,Easters,ETC.on the tape.There were holidays and everything on it.The tape was about an hour to two hours long.At the end,Ryou came on the screen.

"I hope you enjoyed the box I gave and I gave you the right things.I gathered,tried anyways,'bout the things you like.Heh.I tried my best.There should be a few more things in the box.I think.Good luck with the rest of your life.Love ya and I'll wait for you.I give you hugs!"Ryou said laughing and smiling as he faded away.The tape stoped and Nikki was crying as she smiled.She wipped the tears away and she grabed the tape.She sat back down on her bed and pulled the box back up to her and looked through it some more.

There was two gift cards,one for Boreders for $200.00 and one for Hot Topic for $500.00.She hugged them and put them to the side.There was a little plush doll and she took it out.She hugged it and put it down on the pillow.There was nothing else in the box and she put the lid back on the box.She put the tape in it.She put the money and giftcards in it also.She put the pictures in frames and put them on her dresser.She put her new outfitd except one in her dresser.She put the note in the box also and took her cd and put it in her cd player blasting the music.

She put the drawing he made in her binder and put her plush doll next to her pillow.She was smiling and singing slong with her new cd.

"TURN IT DOWN!DON'T MAKE ME COME IN THERE!"E.B. yelled at her.

"Sorry!I'll turn it down!"Nikki replied back.Nikki ran over to the cd player and turned it down.

"That's what I thought."E.B. said aloud.

"Heh."Nikki said to herself.She went to bed and fell asleep quickley.

Chapter 11









The next day came and she got up around 9:30 a.m.She looked around as her vision blured at first and got better.She went and took a shower.She came out and dried her hair with the hair dryer.She brushed her teeth and her hair and she walked out of the bathroom.She grabed her short skirt and gothy shirt and threw them on.She fixed her eyeliner and turned off the light and shut the bathroom door.She pulled her mesh shirt on and put her mesh tigh highs on along with her boots.She grabbed her gothy purse and stuffed the money and gift cards in it.She grabbed her keys and headed out her bedroom door.

"I'm goin' to work!"Nikki called out to E.B.

"Be back by-"E.B. said getting cut off.

"I know!9:00!"Nikki said irrated.

"Good.You know well.....Kinda."E.B. told her as she walked out the door and headed to her car.She got in and started it up.She wasn't going to work though.

She was going shopping.She whipped out her cell phone and called one of her friends.Four rings passed and some one answered it.

"Hello?"a girls voice answered on the other line.

"Hey girl!"Nikki said happiky.

"Hey,Nikki!How are you?"the girls voice asked excitedly.

"Great,Nikari!Hey!I gots a question!You wanna go shopping with me?"Nikki asked.

"Yeah sure!"Nikari answered spasticly.

"'Kay!I'll be there in about five minutes."Nikki replied.
"'Kay!Bye."Nikari said.

"Toodlez."Nikki said hanging the phone up.She headed towards Nikaris house and finally got there.

Nikari walked out to the car and opened it.

"Hey!"Nikari said getting in.

"Hey!"Nikki replied smiling.

"Oh,dude!You look awsome!"Nikari said.

"Thanks!I like it,too."Nikki said.

"Where'd you get it?"Nikari asked.

"Hot Topic."Nikki replied thinking of,Ryou.

"Nice.I like it.Can I borrow it?"Nikari asked.

"No.We're gonna buy you one."Nikki replied.

"With what?"Nikari asked.

"With money!Duh!Today,we're gonna have girls day out!"Nikki said.

"Oh!Okay!"Nikari agreed.

"So let's go!"Nikki said happily.

Nikki drove down the road and drove into the parking lot and parked.She unbuckled,grabed her keys,stuffed them in her purse and got out.She shut her door along with Nikari and they walked inside.It wasn't as busy as it was during the day.Nikari breathed in.

"Ah!I love the mall!"Nikari said letting her breath out.

"Hot Topic?"Nikki asked.

"Beat ya there!"Nikari said running away.They ran all the way and walked inside.They looked around for about an hour and a half and came out with ten to twelve bags each.They both spent about $1,000.00 along with the gift card.Nikari looked at the recipts.

"Dude!We used $1,500.00!"Nikari said in shock.

"Yep.Life is good!"Nikki said smiling.

"What next?"Nikari asked.

"Spencers."Nikki said.

"Let's go."Nikari said walking in that direction.

They headed to Spencers and spent half an hour in the store.They came out with about six more bags and spending about $500.00 more.

"Let's go put our bags in the car real quick,okay?"Nikki saked.

"Okay!Let's go."Nikari agreed.They walked outside and opened the trunk an put all thier stuff in.

"'Kay.You ready?"Nikki asked.

"Yeah.Let's go!"Nikari said.They headed back inside and went into Clairs.They had some gothy things there so,they took half an hour looking around.

"Hey!Key,look at these!These are so cool!"Nikki said to Nikari.

"Woah!Nice!Gothyness at a prep store!Me likey!"Nikari said.

"Yeah,I know!"Nikki replied back.

Nikari and Nikki both got a pair and left the store.They walked down a ways.

"Hey,come on!"Nikki called to Nikari.

Where are we going?"Nikari asked.

"To get our hair done!"Nikki replied.

"Oh.Okay!"Nikari said following.They ran to Regis and walked inside and got an appoitment.They walked back with two people and got thier eyebrows waxed,first.Then,they got their hair washed and cut.Nikari was done but Nikki kept on going and got her hair dyed black.Nikki got and came out.

"How do I look?"Nikki asked.

"You look great!"Nikari said surprised.

"Thanks.You hungry?"Nikki asked.

"Yeah!Starved.Nikari replied.

"Okay,let's go eat then!"Nikki said happily skiping to the register so she could pay.She got some hair stuff and some conditioner and left.


They went to the food court and grabbed some stuff to eat.It was around 1:15 p.m.They sat down and started to eat.

"This day has been SO much fun!"Nikari said.

"I know."Nikki replied.She took a bite of her chicken.An hour passed as they were eating and talking.Catching up with each other,resting.They were finally done and they walked around some more.They came to F.Y.E. and spent two and a half hours there listening and buying music.They walked out with three big bags each of music.They were happy and had spent $1,000.00 there on cds and stuff from the store.

"Ya ready to leave?"Nikki asked.

"Yeah.Let's go."Nikari said.

"Okay."Nikki said.They headed back to the car and put thier stuff in the trunk and hopped in the car.

"Where to now?"Nikari asked.

"You'll see!"Nikki said.

"Okay."Nikari agreed.They drove for about half an hour and Nikki pulled into a tatto parlor.

"Nikki?Why are we here?"Nikari asked.

"I'm getting my cartlage and my eyebrow pierced."Nikki said.

"Are you serious?"Nikari asked.

"Yep.Dead seious."Nikki replied.They got out and walked inside.It took ten minutes to get both done and she spent about $75.00 on them.They walked to the car and Nikki was in a little bit of pain.Her ear and eyebrow both were numb already.She sighed a small sigh in pain.She winced as Nikari looked at her.

"You okay?"she asked.

"Yeah.I'm fine.Just a little pain.I've had worse."Nikki replied.

"Okay.Whatever you say."Nikari said.

"Heh."Nikki said to herself.They got back in the car and Nikki counted her money.She had $358.64 left.

"You wanna go get some ice-cream?Nikki asked.

"Yeah!"Nikari agreed happily.

"Okay.Let's go get some then."Nikki said.It took them forty minutes to get there and they took twenty-eight minutes eating the ice-cream.They then went to the library until 8:30 p.m.

Nikki took Nikari home and brought all her stuff inside.Nikki got back in her car and drove to her house and quickley brought all her stuff inside and put it by her bed.E.B. walked in.

"Your late."He said in a harsh cold voice.

"By two minutes!"Nikki yelled out at him.

"I don't care!Your still late!"E.B. burst out.

"Well I do!GET OUT OF MY ROOM!"Nikki screamed at him.

Don't back talk me!"E.B. yelled punching Nikki in the stomach.She fell to her knees in pain and clutched her stomach.

"Go away from me."Nikki said irratated without a breath left in her looking up at E.B. harshley.

"KNOW YOUR PLACE!"E.B. yelled out backslaping her in the head making her fall to the ground.

"Ow!That's my ear!"she cried in pain grabing her freshly pierced ear that went numb again.

"Come on,get up you weakling.You know you want to get up.You know you want to fight back."E.B. said in a whisper.Nikki just laid there.She wanted to get up,but she couldn't.E.B. bent down and grabbed Nikkis shirt and pulled her up.She was still a little weak but struggled to get away.She closed her eyes and prepared herself for pain.E.B. pulled back his fist and swung right at Nikki.He threw her to the ground and went over while she was still weak,and kicked her in the stomach making her choke up blood.

ok...if I can just interject my comments here...

First of all, I'd like to say that it's pretty good...after all, I read this much right?

But, the story does lack structure. I mean, yes things are progressing, but they're not doing it very quickly. The story could go on for a long time but be full of stuff that really doesn't add anything. A reader could get bored.

There is also an overabundance of dialouge, or at least that's what it seems like to me. It's like there's either description or dialouge. Not really a mix. Again, a reader may get bored with the monotony and give it up.

Now I'm not saying that there's not a time and a place for stories like this. A year and a half ago I spent several months working on one and it did wonders for developing my writing and storytelling skills. You just have to let your skills be developed.

Now I'm sure you have a direction for the story? I'm assuming you do, since you do have a title, and as of yet the reason for the title has not yet been explain (or if it has, I didn't notice it).

And I think your characters could use a little depth. I dunno, they just all seem rather stereotypical to me. The inseure girl, her older brother (who dies even!) the guy who likes her, but she's reluctant to like him back (and of course the eventually get together)...and then there's E.B. who doesn't really have any real purpose in the story except to make their lives miserable. But only when it's convenient. Why is it that on their good days, he tends to not be so bad as well??

Sorry, I know I'm like totally tearing this thing up, so please please please please please don't take this the wrong way and please don't get mad at me. I read a LOT and I jut tend to automatically think of these things. I do this to published authors too...except I don't actually tell them but I make a list of all the ways the book could be better

You can do whatever you want. Remember:
YOU ARE THE STORYTELLER. THIS IS YOUR STORY. IT CAN GO HOWEVER YOU WANT IT TO. DON'T CHANGE SOMETHING JUST BECAUSE I TOLD YOU TO. (But if you look at something I said and agree with me, that's fine )

OK...GOOD. Glad I didn't offend you. I'm so used to giving and recieving some honest criticism from talking with my friends that sometimes I forget that not everybody appreciates it. I do it anyway though

Chapter 12







Two years passed and she thought for a while.Nikki laid on her bed wide awake,staring at the ceeling and thinking.She was wondering why E.B. hurt her like he had been.She had no shirt or socks on because she had just taken a shower.She was sighing.E.B. walked in with his arms crossed and leaned against the door frame.

"You are just asking to get raped arn't you?"E.B. asked coldy.Nikki looked up.

"Huh?"Nikki asked.

"I mean,just look at you!Your half naked,staring at the ceeling and sighing.And for God's sake your on a bed!So,do you want me to rape you now?Or later?"E.B. asked as he smiled sadasticly.He thought to himself for a moment.

'This will teach Nikki to stay up unless she has an evil deed to commit.'

"O-Okay then?"Nikki asked confused.She thought for a moment.

"I-I think I'll wait 'till later."Nikki told him.

"Okay,good enough for me.I have plans for you later any way."E.B. said chuckling as he left the room.Nikki moaned as she looked out at the full moon in the sky.She looked at the clock.It was 11:03 p.m.She thought to herself again.

"This is not gonna end well.I should just run away."Nikki said to herself.Two hours past and Nikki still couldn't sleep.She looked outside and all of a sudden there was a sudden silence.A chill ran down her back.It was 1:07 a.m.She started to walk slowly and carefully to the door.She reached for the door knob and opened the door.E.B. poped in and knocked Nikki to the ground.She screamed in frightas her heart beat louder and faster.E.B. locked the doors and windows and put the blinds and curtians down.

He started to repeatidly beat her.Then he striped her and himself and raped her.There was laughter and screams of joy,excitment,fear,hurtfulness,and pain.She grabbed her clothes,put them back on,and ran to the door.E.B. put his underwear and pants back on and grabbed Nikki and thre her to the ground.

"Oh.I don't think your going anywhere for a while."the ice cold voice said.Nikki got up and ran to the window.She unlocked it,but E.B. came up and threw her against the wall.She hit it so hard that it knocked the breath out of her and she slid to the ground.

"You think youwere gonna go get help.From who?Your "So called" friends who say you copy them and act like them and then ditch you yet later come back?"E.B. asked.He kneeled down and whispered in her ear.

"Well......Guess what?You have no friends because your pale,silent,and weak.Just like the brother you USED to have."E.B. threatened her.He grabbed her arm as she tried to get away and he took out a knife.

"And your losing them one...friend....at a time."he said cutting her arm between each pause.She screamed in pain each time.E.B. brought her face over and cut a deep gash from her eye to the crease in her lip.She cried in pain again,crying,and bleeding all at once.Her dirty blonde hair matted and messed up from blood,tears, and water.He licked the blood from the knife.He held her down.

"Mmm...That's good."he said chuckling evily.He made another gashon the side of her face as she cried out.

"They have deserted you,they hurt you,destroyed you.They hate you and don't want to be around you.Ya know why?'Cause your a big fat whimp,just like your defenseless brother.Heh.There probley talking about you right now."E.B. said evily.

"No there not,E.B.!"Nikki yelled at him.

"Oh.But they are!"he replied laughing evily."You have no real friends.

"Yes I do!"she said.

"Oh yeah?!Who's that?name one!"he insisted.

"There's Alexis....and uh?"she said thinking.

"Yeah.That's it!"he shout out.

"And there's joey!"she spated at him.

"He ditched you!remeber?!"he said laughing.He turned around and lifted Nikkis shirt.

He cut her back several times as she cried in pain.He lifted her sleve and cut gashes going down her arm onto her hand,on both sides.She cried in pain trying to get away.E.B. grabbed her hair.

"Nu uh.Your not going anywhere."E.B. said harshley.

"No.....Please don't.I'll do anything!"she said through tears.

"I don't want anything from you!I just like watching your pain and suffering."he said laughing evily looking into Nikkis scared and feared eyes.He took the knife and cut her in the legs and chin as she cried falling into unconciousness.E.B. laughed,took her and put her into the tub to let the blood flow freely down the drain.The walls had blood hand stains on them.

The whiteish carpet,covered and the basket,broken from being thrown against.He stopped right before she crossed the line of life and death.Again and like normal.E.B. went into his room and cleaned his blade.He cut himself.

"Ha!I don't get how this hurts so much.he said to himself.He stabed himself in the side as deep as the knife would go.

"It still doesnt hurt.Of course,I AM immortal!"he said cleaning his wounds and went to bed.

Two hours later,Nikki woke up and limped to bed,she stared at those four walla again.She tried to thik of the last time she had a good time ahe started to sob silently to herself.She laid on her bed and pulled her covers over her head.A few hours passed and Nikki was still sleeping.E.B. came in hitting her.

"Nikki,Nikki,.....NIKKI!"E.B. yelled at her.

"Huh?"nikki said getting up.

"Clean up your mess!People are coming over."E.B. yelled at her.

"Yeah,okay.....Just five more minutes."Nikki argued.She pulled the covers up.

"No!Now!"E.B. screamed dragging her outta bed and threw her on the ground.

"Okay,okay."she said getting up and getting the powerwash vaccume.She washed the carpet and then she got a wet towel and washed the walls clean.

"I'm gonna go take a shower!"Nikki called out.

"Make it quick!"E.B. called back.Nikki went and grabbed a towel and jumped in the shower.She examined her cuts as the water came to her liking.She took the sprayer and rinsed her hair out real good.She shampoed it making sure she got every inch of blood out.She rinsed it out and watched it flow freely down the drain.She put conditoner in it to make it soft.She got soap and went over every cut she had and rinsed off.

She turned off the water and grabbed her towel and quickley dried off and dried her hair.She threw on some clean clothes and brushed her hair and teeth.Then she went into the living room.It took her ten minutes to take the shower and she sat down relaxed.

"'Bout time you got out!"E.B. scolded her.

"I took ten minutes!"Nikki said.

"That's a long time."E.B. said.

"Whatever.You take an hour,PLUS in there!"Nikki shouted at him.

"You wanna start somethin' with me,little missy?"E.B. asked threatingly.

"No."Nikki said back.

"What you say?"E.B. asked.

"No,E.B."Nikki said coldly.

"Heh."E.B. said aloud to no one in particular.

Nikki turned on the t.v. to find something to watch.She found Spongebob and watched that.It was 10:30 a.m.She had some cereal and watched t.v. for twenty-five minutes and the show had ended.She went into the kitchen and washed the bowl and spoon,dried them off and put them away.

"Nikki,get in here!"E.B. shouted.Nikki walked into the living room where E.B. was at standing with his arms crossed.Nikki looked at E.B.'s stern face and down at the floor.

"Y-Yes E.B.?"Nikki stammered.E.B. gave a death glare and made her look up at him.

"I thought I told you to clean up your mess!"E.B. said strictly.

"I did!"Nikki backed herself up.

"No you din't!No,wait,you cleaned up HALF of it!"E.B. yelled.The doorbell rang.

"Go to your room and clean it!And lock the door."E.B. commanded Nikki.Nikki ran to her room and shut the door,locking it.E.B. went to the front door and opened it that rang again.

"What?!"E.B. shouted.He gave them an evil look.Joey,Sakura, and Alexis were at the door.

"Is,Nikki here."Joey asked.

"No.Now go away."E.B. harshley said.He started to shut the door.

"Then who were you yelling at?"Sakura asked.Nikki had cracked the door open and was watching.

"Yeah.Who?"Alexis asked.

"My girlfriend!"E.B. said getting irratated.E.B. turned and saw Nikki was watching and gave her a death look again.She auttomaticly shut the door and locked it.

"What was that?"Joey asked.

E.B. rolled his eyes and turned back around.

"I told you!It was my girlfriend!Now,GO AWAY!"E.B. yelled.

"I don't think so."Alexis said.

"It was my girlfriend!NOW GET OUT!"E.B. yelled slamming the door.He locked it and went to Nikkis door and pounded on it.He couldn't open it.Locked.

"Nikki!Let me in now!"E.B. hollered out.Nikki carefully unlocked the door and backed up towards her bed.

"NIKKI!"E.B. yelled.He finally got the door open,shut it,and picked her up by her shirt.

"YOU ALMOST GAVE IT AWAY,*****!"E.B. shouted at her.He threw her against the wall and she slid down to the ground.

"Uh....S-Sorry."Nikki said trying to get up but fell back down.

"Don't gimmie that crap!I said go to your room and lock your door!YOU DIDN'T!"E.B. furiously said.Nikki tried again to get up but failed.

"Just leave me alone!"Nikki said.

"No!I own you!You have NO say!"E.B. said turning to face her.Nikki finally stood up and got mad.

"Uhh!I-I gotta go clean something!"Nikki said furiously.She ran off and washed the dishes.She cleaned most of the house and she scrubbed so hard on the wall since she was mad that she almost washed some paint off.She threw the rag down and started to dust and she cleaned for an hour.E.B. got upset and went over to her.

"Stop cleaning!Your driving me crazy!And giving me a headache!"E.B. scolded her.He grabbed the duster and broke it in half and threw it away.

"NO!MY BABY!"Nikki cried out.E.B. grabbed her shirt,threw her in a different room and locked the door.Nikki screamed and screamed pounding on the door.

"NO!NO!LET ME OUT!"she screamed.She finally gave up and slid to the ground.She glanced up at the window and got up.She opened it and climbed out and ran into the woods.

"He'll never find me here!"Nikki said to herself.She was running and then she tripped and skidded on the ground.She scooted over to a tree and fell asleep.A few hours passed and she woke up on her bed in her room.

"Nice of you to stop by.Wanna try that again?"E.B. solemly asked standing above her.Nikki sat up in her bed and shook her head.

"H-....How'd you find me?"she asked in confusion.

"The window was open,I found a few footprints going to the woods and I went from there.So,.....You wanna try that again?"E.B. asked again.

Nikki looked at the window and then at E.B.s solem face.

"No.I'm good."Nikki said.

"Good."E.B. said as he walked over to the window and locked it.

"Now,.....Go to bed."he said.

"Whatever."Nikki said.

"What?"E.B. asked.

"Okay."Nikki repeated.

"WHAT?!"E.B. demanded.

"Yes,E.B."Nikki said.

"Good."E.B. snickered as he walked out of the room.

He left and Nikki laid down in her bed and looked around.She grabbed her binder,turned on her stomach and started to draw and write.It finally turned 11:00 p.m. and her eyes started getting heavy.She put her binder back where she always put it and turned off the light.She undid the covers and laid down and covered up.She finally fell asleep.It was 8:00 a.m. and all of a sudden E.B. came in and jumped on her.She screamed because she didn't hear or see him come in.

"Don't scream little Nikki.This won't hurt you long....Only for a few weeks."E.B. said.He laughed,pulled down her covers and pulled up her shirt and stabbed her.Nikki screamed and thought for a moment.

'Maybe if I don't react,he'll leave me alone.'Cause...I'm really tired.'Nikki thought to herself.E.B. stabbed Nikki again.No reaction but a wince on her face.He repeatidly stabbed her,waitting for a reaction.Yet,nothing happened.

He finally hit a spot where she couldn't help but scream in pain.

"OH!We a soft spot do we?Finally!"E.B. said a little happy.He kept stabbing her in that area.She kept screaming and cringing in pain.Tears strolled down her cheeks and dripped on to her pillow.She tried to get away.It didn't work.She wriggled around,still screaming.

"That's it!Squirm,squirm!It increases my enjoyment!"E.B. said evily.

"Ah....Ah,Leave me alone!Get off!"Nikki demanded.She turned on her back as he slit her face.She screamed in pain and finally brought up enough courage to kick E.B. off her.She got up and dragged him out of her room and locked the door.She went over and made sure the window was locked.E.B. got up and pounded on the door.

"Nikki!Let me in!NOW!"E.B. shouted.He stoped banging on the door.Nikki walked to it and put her head to it.E.B. hit it again and Nikki fell back on to the ground and scooted back.

"I swear,I will break this door down if you don't Let me in!"E.B. yelled.Nikki got up,went to the bathroom and shut the door.She quietly went to the window and climbed out and ran right into E.B. who grabbed her.She screamed.

"Thought you could get away....Again?"E.B. asked coldly.

"Unfortunatley,no."Nikki said sadly.She hit him in the stomach,stomped on his foot,hit him in the face and hit him where it hurts and he fell to the ground.

"But now,yes!"Nikki said dashing off into the woods and climbimg high into a tree.

"At least there's no tracks in the ground.There's no mud."Nikki said to herself.E.B. ran into the woods and Nikki got quiet.

"I WILL find you,Nikki!......You know I will.I can smell your blood."E.B.said.She was still as still and quiet as ever.There was a noise in the tree next to her.

"So that's where you at huh?"E.B. said to himself.He walked over and loked up.

"Nothing's there.Musta been a squirrle.Ha!A squirrle....But she's close."he whispered looking around.

"She's gotta be here somewhere.She has to!"E.B. said.Fourteen hours passed and it was pitch black out.E.B. walked back inside and looked out at the window at the black raining night.It was 10:00 p.m.

"I WILL find you,Nikki.Even if it's the last thing I do."E.B. said looking out.He turned and walked into the kitchen.Nikki was in her club house and she heared thunder.She softly screamed.

"That came outta nowhere.Scared the crap outta me."Nikki said to herself.She could live in the club house for at least two weeks if she used her food and drinks sparingly.E.B. had no idea about the extra house.Her older brother,Ryou and her made it a year before Ryou died.She had pillows and blankets.A fan for when it was hot and a heater for when it was cold.She looked out the window.

"I need to get my clothes tonight.When he's gone."Nikki said to herself.She shivered and grabbed her hoodie and threw it on.

"I wonder how long I could stay here."she said.She shivered again and got out her cell phone and called her friend.

"Hello?"Nikari asked.

"Hey,Nikari."Nikki said.

"Hey girl!Haven't talked to you in a while!How ya been?!"Nikari asked.

"Not so good."Nikki said.

"Why?"Nikari asked.

"I want you to come to the club house that we made s few years ago,A.S.A.P. okay?I'll tell ya then."Nikki said.

"Okay I'll be there in a few minutes."Nikari replied.

"And,Nikari,come the back way.Not the front through the house okay?"Nikki asked.

"Okay.Bye."Nikari said.

"Bye."Nikki said.Five miutes later,Nikari got there and climbed to the top to find Nikki paseing back and forth.

"Hiya,Nikki."Nikari said.

"Hey,Nikari."Nikki said shuting the door behind,Nikari.

"Sit."Nikki said simply.She sat down like she asked.

"Do you remeber that one guy that watches me?"Nikki asked.

"Yeah."Nikari replied.

"Well.....Yeah,um,....uh..."Nikki stammered.

"Yeah?"Nikari asked.

"Well,....he....he...."Nikki started to say.

"Yes,Nikki?"Nikari asked.

"I don't know who to say it without hurting you,too."Nikki said.

"It's okay.You can tell me."Nikari said.

"He....abuses me..."Nikki said reluctantly.

"Nu uh!"Nikari said surprised.Nikki showed her arms,legs,stomach,sides and back.

"You ain't kiddin'."Nikari said.Nikki cried.

"No....I'm not,Nikari."Nikki said.Nikari paused for a moment.

"Why didn't you tell me before?"Nikari asked.

"I'm not suposed to tell you know,but I gotta tell someone and your the only one I can trust.My only friend.My best friend.He doesn't know about this tree house.He knows I'm in the woods and that's it.But he can track me down.He can smell my blood."Nikki said.

She took a breath from all the crying.

"I can't escape.He'll find me sooner or later.There's no use for me to run 'cause he'll find me and beat me worse."Nikki said.She sniffled and took another deep breath.

"I should give up and go back now,but I hurt right now.I want these few wounds to heal and go away before I get anymore."Nikki said looking at the ground.Nikari was crying and wiped her eyes.

"Those arn't a FEW wounds!Those are a bunch of cuts,bruises, and gashes!"Nikari said loudly.Nikki sushed her.

"Not so loud!He might find us!"Nikki said.

"Sorry.But....how could he do that to you?"Nikari asked.

"With a knife and the power of pain,torture,fear,evil,fists,kicking,and free will.....And bondage........Lottsa bondage."Nikki said looking back at the ground.Nikari gave Nikki a big hug.

"I'm stayin' with you tonight."Nikari said.She called her mom and asked then hung up.

"She said it'd be alright."Nikari said.

"Okay.Thanks,Nikari."Nikki replied.She hugged her.Nikari hugged her back.

"Your welcome."Nikari said.A few hours passed and it turned 1:00a.m.

"Come on.We're going to my house to get my clothes."Nikki said.

"Are you sure?"Nikari asked.

"Yes.I am.Let's go."Nikki said.They turned off the light and headed to the house.They opened the door and walked into Nikkis room.Nikki started to pack her stuff in a bag.She looked around her room thinking it was her last time ever to see it.She walked to the door with Nikari.All of a sudden the door shut on them,trapping them in the room.

"No,no,no,no,no,NO!"Nikki said franticly looking around for E.B.Nikari tried to open the door.Locked.

"Nikki...."Nikari said.Nikki violently turned around and looked at Nikari.

"It's locked,Nikki!"Nikari whispered loudly to her.Nikki ran over to the door and tried to open it many times but couldn't.She stopped and turned around along with Nikari.A cold chil ran down Nikkis back.

E.B. stood right in front of them.

"Oh no.Nikari?"Nikki said.

"What?"Nikari asked scared.

"Don't say anything."Nikki said.

"O-Okay."Nikari said.

"So....Nikki.......Where have YOU been today?"E.B. asked harshley.She stammered and thought for a moment.Gathering up an excuse.

"I....I....I...."Nikki started and looked at Nikari.

"I was at Nikaris house today."Nikki lied.

"Y-Yeah.She was."Nikari said.

"Was I asking you?!"E.B. yelled out.

"No."Nikari said.

"What?"E.B. asked.

"No."Nikari said.

"WHAT?"E.B. asked again.

"No!"Nikari repeated.

"WHAT?!"E.B. asked again.

"No sir?!"Nikari said confused.

"WHAT?!"E.B. asked once again.

"NO,MASTER!"Nikki cut in.

"I WASN'T ASKING YOU!"E.B. yelled.

"No,master!"Nikari said quickley scared.

"Good,Nikari.Now,Nikki,I'll ask you agian.Where were you today?"E.B. asked.He took her by the shirt and brought her up to his level."And don't lie this time 'cause I know you were in the woods all day.I could sense it.And you know why."E.B. said coldly in a deep whisper.

"I....I was..."Nikki stammered.Nikari shook her head no at Nikki.Nikki hung her head.

"I sat in a tree all day hopeing to find a way to get away from you.And I called to talk to Nikari and to sleep over and stay at her house.I'm sick of it!I can't take it anymore!I gotta get away!AWAY FROM YOU!"Nikki let out with tears streaming down her face.E.B. threw her on the ground.

"How DARE you talk to me like that?!"E.B. yelled at her.He kicked her many times and Nikari went over to him and pulled his hair.

"LEAVE HER ALONE!"she yelled.

"Ah!Get off of me you little Bitc*!"E.B. yelled elbowing her in the stomach,almost making her bleed at the mouth.She fell back on to the ground.E.B. started to stab Nikki numerous times as she screamed in pain.Her screaming pirced the room.She tried getting away but he grabbed her hair and pulled her back.

"Nu uh.I don't think so.You ain't goin' anywhere."E.B. said slicing her arm,almost to the point where you could see the bone.Nikki screamed in horrorific pain when he did this.E.B. forced her to lick the blood from the knife as he laughed evily.He licked the blood from the arm and her eyes filled with tears that were streaming down her face.Nikari was stunned straight in pain and horror watching her poor helpless friend.She finally snapped to reality and went over to Nikki who was laying on the ground,scaresly breathing.She gently hugged the poor soul.

"G-Go.Leave."Nikki said.

"No.I'm not leaving you."Nikari said.

"Yes.Go.Now.And don't tell anyone....Anybody this happened."Nikki said.

"I have to."Nikari said.

"N-No...If your a real friend,and a person I can trust you won't tell.Okay?"Nikki asked.She gave Nikari hurt and sad pleading eyes.

"I'll try."Nikari said.

"You can't try...Y-You have to promise."Nikki said.

"Okay...I promise."Nikari lied.She was crying almost as much as Nikki.She was on her knees talking to her and Nikki slipped into unconciousness.

"Nikki?Nikki?!NIKKI?!"Nikari kept sayying.

"Don't worry.She's only unconcious.You would be next.But your not mine.But,Just for the road....."E.B. said taking out his knife.He grabbed her arm and sliced it up by the soulder.She winced and jolted back in pain.

"T-That hurt!"Nikari said.

"That's what it feels like all over her body and if you tell,you'll feel and look just like she does now."E.B. said laughing and leaving licking his knife.Nikari fell asleep right beside Nikki that night.Eight hours passed and it was 9:20 a.m.Nikari woke up to see the blood covered carpet and walls.She remebered Nikki,looked over to her and shook her trying to wake her up.

"Nikki....Nikki....It's time to wake up....You gotta wake up.Come on."Nikari said to her.She kept shaking her trying to wake her up.There was no reaction.Nikari started to cry.

"Please,Nikki....Wake up....Please....Please......."Nikari whispered.There was still no reaction.

"No....No.It can't be."Nikari said filling with tears.She cried more and couldn't belive her best friend was gone.She couldn't stop crying and all of a sudden E.B. poped in and leaned against the door frame.

"Your STILL here?"he asked.Nikari looked up at E.B. who just walked in.

"You..........YOU DID THIS!"she yelled at him through tears.

"I did what?Hurt her and made her unconcious a lot?Yeah.I know that."E.B. said.

"No!Not that!You...You killed her!"she blurted out.Tears still flowed freely falling down her cheeks.E.B. looked at her sadasticly.

"No I didn't.I told you.She's unconcious."he told her.

"Then why is she not moving?!HUH?!I keep shaking her and nothing's happening!SHE WON'T MOVE OR ANYTHING!"Nikari shouted.E.B. came over and pushed Nikari aside making her fall.

"Let me see mortal!"E.B. said.Nikari scooted back,still crying a little bit.E.B. turned Nikki over and checked her heart and pulse.He backed up and Nikari saw his face seeing the shock on his face.

"No....I-It can't be.....I always stoped before she died."E.B. said to no one in particular.

"BUT YOU DIDN'T!You crossed the line!You KILLED her!Your a murder!You KILLED MY BEST FRIEND!"Nikari yelled.

"SHUT UP....What's your name?"E.B. asked sharpley.

"Nikari."Nikari said.

"Nikari!This only happened once before!"E.B. said.

"To who?"she asked.

Alyssa-XxXWalks inXxXHEY GUYS!I'm back with the second last chappie!Nobodys here today cept me.E.B.s out trying to find something in the snow.He hates the snow so I'm goona be in trouble when he's done and Ryous sleeping.So yeah.It's only me.I don't own Yu-Gi-Oh! and please R&R!Enjoy!Chapter 15.


"To her brother.Only he died about two years ago."E.B. said noticing the date.It was August 15,2005."This day two years ago."Nikari was still crying,wiping her tears away.

"Guess they died on the same day.Wierd.Oh well."E.B. said.

"NO!We......We have to call the cops!We have to tell them what's happened!We can't just leave her here this way!"Nikari said.

"No!We can't tell anyone!Okay,maybe we can,but we can't!"E.B. said.Nikari paused for a moment.

"That made abstoulotley NO sense what so ever."Nikari said.

"How about we...BURY HER IN THE FRONT YARD!"E.B. said after thinking a moment.

"What kind of idiotic idea is that?"Nikari asked.

"The best one ever!"E.B. said.

"That's it."Nikari said getting up.

"What are you doing with the phone?"E.B. asked.

"Calling an ambulence and so help me God,if you do anything bad."Nikari said taking out a pocket knife."I will kill you!"

"Aw ****!"E.B. said.Nikari called the police and the ambulence people.They came over as fast as they could.

"That was fast."E.B. said

"No dip."Nikari commented.One of the people went up to E.B.

"I'm gonna have to ask you a few questions."he said.

"I don't have time."E.B. said.

"You have no choice."he said.

"Oh fine!But make it quick!"E.B. said.

"Do you know the girl that's killed?"he asked.

"Yes."E.B. answered.

"Do you know her name?"he asked.

"Yeah."E.B. said impatiently.

"Do you care for her?"he asked.

"Yep."E.B. said.

"Are you the parent?"he asked.

"HELL NO!I'm her guardian though."E.B. replied in shock.

"Have you ever abused her?"he asked her.

"Your kidding me right?"E.B. asked.

"No.I'm not.Now,please answer the question."he said.

"No,I haven't."E.B. lied.He was good at lieing.

"Okay.Wer're taking her to the hospital now in the chopper.Meet us down there."he said walking towards the chopper.Nikari was in the chopper with Nikki.

"Clear!"another person called out.He diphablated her.No reaction.

"Clear!"he screamed again.The same thing happend.

"Clear!"he scaremed once more.The same thing happened.Nikari looked at Nikki.



"We found her dead this morning.She wouldn't move."Nikari told them.Another person checked her pulse.

"She's been dead for seven and a half hours now.E.B. was still at the house and saw some children playing in thier front yard.The little girl put pen on herself.

"Oh my Gosh!Dude!I need to go to the hospital!"she screamed to her friend.

"Why?!"the other girl answered.

"Look!I got pen on me!That's why!"she said.They both laughed as the other girl saw the pen mark.

"Oh yeah!Your right!Put this on it for now!"she replied.She gave the little girl a papper towel and laughed.E.B. walked back inside to find F.B.I. people searching his house.

"WOAH!What are you people doing in MY house?!"E.B. spazed out.

Searching your house for clues to how or why Nikki died."the searcher said.

"No,no,no,no,no!Get out!NOW!"E.B. yelled at him.

"We have a perment to search."he said.

"FINE!BUT DO IT QUICKLEY!"E.B. growled.The chopper finally got to the hospital.

"We'll keep her here until the funeral."one of the people said.

"Okay.I'll go and make a date."Nikari said running off.She looked all over and finally found a funeral home and walked inside.

She looked around and finally found a person who worked there.

"Excuse me?"Nikari asked the old man.He didn't hear Nikari.

"Exuse me?"she asked.

"Oh.I'm sorry.May I help you."the old clerk asked.

"Yes,ummmm.I need a funeral becuase my best friend died and she's now at the hospital.Can please assign us a funeral?"Nikari asked.

"Yes.Please follow me."he said taking her to a room.

"Thank you."she replied.She followed the clerk and they scheduled an appoitment.

"Okay.Ya know what?GET OUT OF MY HOUSE!"E.B. hollered at the F.B.I.

"I'm sorry,sir,but your under arrest."a police man said.

"WHAT?!"E.B. said.

"We found you finger prints on the knife and other things that were used to kill,Nikki.So I'm sorry but your under aresst.Anything you say and do can and will be used against you in the court of law."he said.

"NO WAY!I didn't do any of that ****!"E.B. yelled.

"We didn't say you did,but you must be taken in."he said."So please put your hands behind your back so we can take you in."E.B. did as so,not wanting a fight.He didn't want to get in any more trouble than he was already in.He went along and went down to the station.

"Thank you so much!"Nikari said happily.

"Your welcome,Nikari.I'll see you tomarrow at the funeral."the old man said.

"Okay.Thank you again.See ya tomarrow!"Nikari said running out of the room and to the front.She ran out and ran to the hospital.She went inside and found the people and Nikki.

"Hey!I got a funeral!It's for tomarrow at 12:00 p.m. and it's going cost $2,000.00"Nikari told them.

"Don't worry.We'll pay for it!"one doctors said.

"Are you serious?!"Nikari asked.He nodded.

"Oh!Your so awsome!"Nikari said spastcily.

The night passed slowly but the next day finally came.Nikari told Joey and Serenity about Nikkis death.A few hours later,they showed up at the funeral.It started and the pastor started to speak.She was buried right next Ryou,her brother.Nikari,Joey and Serenity watched as her coffin was gently laid into the ground and buried by dirt.Joey had went up to her coffin and prayed for her.He kissed her cheek and he was crying.One of his tears fell onto her cheek.That was at her wake.Nikari mostley did the same thing.As did Serenity.

"Let's all bow our heads and pray."the pastor said.All of them closed thier eyes and bowed thier heads.

"Dear father,our Lord God,We some to you now at this time.Please take care of,Nikki,Our sister in you Christ,for us.Please take care of Joey and Serenity and Nikari and many others,Lord,in this time of need.Please lead them in the right path so they can one day join you and Nikki in heaven and be pleased.Please bring them the strength to move on.We pray these things and many more.For it's in Jesus' name we pray,Amen."the preacher said looking up.

"Amen."everyone else said bringing thier heads up,as well.They had some tears in thier eyes but knew it'd get better.Sooner or later.Joey and Nikari walked up and sat down by the grave for a while.They talked to each other also.

"She was the best,sweetest,most innocent person,I've ever met.The best girlfriend I ever had.Who would want to EVER kill a sweet girl like her?Who would even THINK about it?"Joey said.

"I know who would...."Nikari said.

"Who?"Joey asked.She sighed for a moment and stared at Nikkis grave.Hers was just like Ryous but with a different birth date and different name and different message.

Nikki Hunter

August 15,1990-August15,2005

I love you Joey and I'll wait for you.

Joey went over and kissed the tombstone and got up.

"She died on her birthday.That's so sad."Joey said.Just like Ryous funeral,Joey felt a warm brezze and a moment of Nikkis presence.She appered in front of Joey.She was looking at the ground and looked up at him and smiled.She walked over and hugged him.Joey started to cry and smiled.Joey stood there for a moment and hugged her back smiling.She let go and backed up.

"Thank you so much for everything,Joey.You were the best boyfriend I ever had.The only one but still the best.Happy anniversery 'cause it's today.I'm gonna miss you,but remember,I'm always gonna be with ya.I love you and take care of,Nikari for me.I'll see ya when you come up here with me!You'll look the same as you do now.I love you.Goodbye."Nikki said.With that,she gave Joey a kiss on the lips and a hug and disapered.

"I love you,too,Nikki.And happy anniversery and birthday!"Joey said.

"Thank you.Oh!And there's a box under your bed when you get home!Toodlez!"She said waving as she vanished.She then appeared in front of Nikari.

"Hey,Nikari!"Nikki said giving her a hug.

"Thanks for bein' a great friend to me,bud!I love you so much!As a friend!I can't wait to see you when you come up here!You'll look the same as you do now.I can't wait!We'll have so much fun!I'll wait for you!Take care of Joey for me and win the court desicion on the case of Ryou and I okay?LOVE YA!Bye!"Nikki said .With that,she hugged Nikari and started to disapper.

"Also,there's a box under your bed!"She whispered to her.

"Okay.Happy birthday!"Nikari said.

"Thanks!"Nikki said turning and vanishing.

"You saw her,too?"Joey asked.

"Yep.She's finally happy!"Nikari said.

"Yep.Reunited with her bro."he replied.Nikari smiled as the wind blew.

"Yep.Finally reunited."Nikari repeated.

Three days passed and E.B.s trial finally went to court.Nikari and Joey walked into the court room and saw E.B.He gave a deathglare and then sat down.The procedure went on for about four hours and it finally came to an end.

"E.B. is found guilty,for killing both of the Hunter siblings,Ryou and Nikki,and for abusing Nikari Ranana.He is found for a lifetime sentence in prision.You are now,dismissed."the judge said standing up.Joey and Nikari jumped up happily becasue they knew that Ryou and Nikki could now rest in peace forever more.

"I WILL GET OUT!And when I do,you two are going down!You'll be the first to die!"E.B. yelled at them.

"Whatever you baboon!"Joey yelled back.Later on they partied and went to spend time at the graves,knowing E.B. was now in jail forever.And they were happy enjoying life and awaiting thier deaths to be reuinted with thier best friends.
