Betrayed

[Memo]

I wrote this last year - it isn't half as good as any of the other poems in this forum but I thought I might as well post it anyway

Betrayed

He trusted he fell,
Once friends now laugh in his face,
A red hot dagger twisted into his very soul,
Rejected, lonely, torn,
Walking in the barren wilderness of sadness,
Confused, annoyed, hurt,
Never to trust again,
Forever withdrawn,
He trusted he fell

Sad. I can understand how the person refered to was betrayed, since I have been betrayed often by people who would pretend to be my friends. Life doesn't punish us we punish ourselves.

im not normally a poetry person but this is good!!!! I give it a 9.999/10 the missing 0.001 is there for the constant improvement which can be made on everything...which in this poem i dont think it needs, because it was great.

i am sorry u feel that way. i belive that 2 and often find my self kicking my self 4 things i have done years ago. but reminding myself of GOD and JESUS often help me get back online
