CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

She's the best. I think the best thing is that, when I make mistakes and say stupid stuff, she doesn't call me out on them in front of others. I made a mistake and said something really stupid the other day and she didn't even comment. I feel like a heel and she's shining.

He has been great to me all this year. I have been ill and he takes such great care of me and our daughters. he has even tolerated my grumpy attitude. poor man.. I should give him some extra TLC.

She took care of all of the little details for our vacation. Things like packing for herself and our daughter. Buying snacks for the road. All of the little things that I would have struggled to find the time for and therefore would have delayed our leaving when we wanted to.

I'd say that the best thing my wife has done for me is showing patience. She show's her patience by not jumping on me for all the little (and some big) mistakes I make daya to day. She show's patience when I don't live up to my end of our marriage. She show's patience when I have more homework to do (even though I waste time procrastinating). She show's patience when I don't get the projects completed around the house that I have started. She show's patience in my growth as a Christian. (wish I had more) She understands we don't have the financial resources we'd like to have. I could go on and on. The best thing she has ever given me is her friendship.
