Benny Hinn is a really interesting study in God's work.On the negitive side,there is evidence that he has misused money sent to him.Furthermore,some of his prophetic statements have been proven wrong.And then there is that whole bit about imparting the Holy Spirit by blowing in people's faces or taking off his coat and waving it at the audience.
Many question why after touching people they fall to the ground and that creates further doubt in people's mind since the Bible does not show that any of the people Jesus prayed for fell into what looks like a state of sleep.Actually what it is,is a hypnotic state,easily duplicated by stage hypnotists.
Now the positive side of Benny Hinn.There is no question that God works very powerfully through him and his ministry.I have felt the Holy Spirit in his services and the healing miracles that occur are real.Frequently the healing occurs when people are lying on the ground in their hypnotic state which creates in them total body relaxation and a very keen mental concentration on their prayers;an ideal time for God to heal them.What impresses me is that Benny is going to be spending some of his vast wealth to hold a number of money-draining overseas crusades in the next few months,including one in Japan,and I am certain that God will use these crusades to bring hundreds of thousands to Christianity in one one of the last mass spiritual outreachs before the rapture.
So the bottom line seems to be that Benny Hinn is a flawed prophet who is used greatly by God but who's own salvation is very much in doubt.

im sorry, the manner in which i spoke to you was not appropriate.
my attitude hasnt been very good over the last few days, im sorry.
please forgive me for being so bluntly rude and disgruntled for no reason.
im sorry.
the godly part of me doesnt enjoy the many talks ive had over the man benny hinn, though as ashamed as i am to say this, i made this thread becuase hes coming to my church next week and thought it might stir up some drama with people who dont like him...... and part of me wanted to get some of that ya know? find a way to get at someone to start an argument....
and i was wrong for that, so i edited my post. yeah.... i still need Jesus.
