Ben Bova anyone?

Has anyone here read any of Bova's books? Just wondering...he writes a fascinating social commentary couched in hard sci-fi.

Yeah I read the one that takes place around Jupiter. I can't remember the name of it though. I remember it was a great book.

Yeah, i've read Jupiter as well. Nothing else by Bova though. I must get around to reading some more.

I just finished the Voyagers series...very interesting finale!

That name really takes me back. When I was a kid, I read a book of his called The Dueling Machine and loved it. Then I started reading everything that he was putting out at the time (early 80s - Voyagers, Orion, Winds of Altair, etc.) and some older ones that I tracked down.

I just looked him up on Wikipedia. I had no idea that he was still writing books in those same series. I don't think I've read a Bova book in over 20 years. Something tells me they may not stand up as well as when I was 12 or 13...
