Anyone tried this!?!
I joined a new gym for Women yesterday, and went along to my first ever Belly Dancing class this morning!! Gotta say, I had a blast - I laughed most of the way through it and was incredibly unco-ordinated, but there were moments where I got it, and dang did I feel confident!! I thoroughly reccomend it to anyone looking for a gentle way to get into fitness- I doubt I burned a lot of calories today, but as I get better at it, and can actually keep up with the instructor, I can see this being hugely beneficial
