  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

A young man who had been raised as an atheist was training to be an Olympic diver. The only religious influence in his life came from his outspoken Christian friend.

The young diver never really paid much attention to his friend's sermons, but he heard them often.

One night the diver went to the indoor pool at the college he attended. The lights were all off, but as the pool had big skylights and the moon was bright, there was plenty of light to practice by.

The young man climbed up to the highest diving board and as he turned his back to the pool on the edge of the board and extended his arms out, he saw his shadow on the wall. The shadow of his body was in the shape of a cross.

Instead of diving, he knelt down and asked God to come into his life. As the young man stood, a maintenance man walked in and turned the lights on.

The pool had been drained for repairs.

 God is the greatest!!! he saved that mans life!!! Look how much God loves us  ...

I saw something similar to this in real life.. God saved someones life.. I know not many people pay attention to the smallest things in this world.. but now I do!!!... read on.....

Here is the story:
There was no accident or anything but I saw God save someones life before anything could happen.. I was riding home from work real late at night with my sister and the road was dark.. my sister couldnt really see anything... then we saw something really BRIGHT... it was so little though..still wondering.. we moved out of the way..

it was a man walking down the street...he was wearing all black and the only way we notice he was there.. by his little tag to his shirt.. just happened to be sticking out.. and relfected when the car lights hit it.. I had tears in my eyes..cause the first thing that came to my mind was thanking God..I knew it him who did that.. He saved that mans life.. Thats one of God's littlest miracles.. that sometimes.. we dont even see.. Isnt that amazing? I love you Jesus!!!

If we can't see the small miracles, we will miss the big ones..:)

That is really awesome how God works in such small ways. The things that seem the smallest, or stupidest, alot of the times turn out to be really important.
Sometimes you never know where the blessing is going to led you..:)
