  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Don't care about your raving nonsense one little bit. You cannot tell the difference between orthodox theology and docetism, and all you ever do is misinterpret, attack and distort. Never going to dignify it at all, as I have said.

Since Paul’s soteriology is all about what Christ has done on our behalf, one can make sense of what this means for him only in light of his basic presupposition about who Christ is: the crucified Messiah, whose death and resurrection procured eternal redemption for us, who is now reigning as Lord in heaven awaiting his Parousia, the Day of the Lord. But the Son of God is also from eternity—co-creator of the universe and present with Israel in the desert—whose reign as Lord means that believers “call upon his name,” that they are sent and equipped by him for ministry, that they go or stay in keeping with his will, and that they will be judged by him at the end.

And people say that I am pompous and arrogant?! Clearly, compared with you, when it comes to pomposity and arrogance, I don't even make the grade for a novice.
