Before Sunrise / Before Sunset

Has anyone seen these movies? I just watched them both and was intrigued that a whole movie could be made out of two people talking. I know, I know -- My Dinner With Andre did that too. I wouldn't mind having the kind of open, earnest conversations that the main characters have in these two flicks, but unfortunately my recall of events in my life and books that I've read isn't that great.

Would like to know what other people thought of the movies. Thanks!

I was kind of disappointed in the sequel.
SPOILER ALERT!

He is a married man, and then at the end of the movie it seems that he just decides to chuck it all to stay with her.....not a very Christian thing to do!

Can't people here discuss a film without the whole sin "not Christian thing to do"...thing? It seems that's how films are measured here.

I love both films very much and how the two films put together is really about chances not taken and what consequences it can have. It kind of reminds us of how sure and timely we must be to get what we really want. And, particularly in the second one, the movie pulled off the daunting task of making a compelling movie out of basically two people talking together in real time.

I agree with antiarte. But I have a question. How is it not "Christian" if he realized he made a mistake in marriage?

(Never seen the films so I'm guessing)
